Time & Format

July 25
Athletes registration will take place on-site at the event venue from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. All athletes must check in during this time window to complete the registration process.
July 26
The show will start at 9:00 AM, with a short break from 11:30 to 11:45 AM, then it will continue until 1:00 PM.
There will be a lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
The afternoon session will resume at 2:00 PM, with a short break from 4:30 to 4:45 PM, and the show will conclude around 6:00 PM.
The running order of the classes will be evaluated and communicated to the athletes after registration closes. Normally, we close registrations 7 days before the show (Sunday, July 21), in order to distribute the classes and athletes as evenly as possible between the morning and afternoon sessions of the event. Awards are presented at the end of each class.

Tickets

The link to purchase tickets will be announced and released at a later time, and all information will be communicated through our official channels.
Tickets will also be available for purchase on the athlete check-in day and on the competition day directly at the venue.
Reduced ticket: 50% off for attendees under 18 or over 70.
Trainer Pass: €70 / $82 (maximum of two trainer passes per athlete).
Trainer passes will not be sold online; they will be available exclusively at athlete check-in.

Entry fee with one class included: €119 - 139$ from the opening date of registration until April 26, 2026
€139 - 162$ from April 27 to Jun 21, 2026
€159 - 185$ from Jun 21 to July 19, 2026
Additional class - Crossover: €50 - 59$

Categories

Categories being offered are Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Division Offerings

Bikini: Novice, Age 35+, Open
Women’s Wellness: Novice, Age 35+, Open
Figure: Novice, Age 35+, Open
Men’s Physique: Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men’s Classic Physique: Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men’s Bodybuilding: Novice, Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open
DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

All athletes will receive a custom OCB medal.
Athletes placing in the Top 5 will receive a special custom OCB medal.
All athletes placing in the Top 3 will receive a trophy.
All class winners will receive a trophy, prizes offered by the event sponsors, and additional prizes provided by the promoters.
Class winners will also compete in the Overall. All Overall winners will be awarded a flight to compete at the Yorton Cup on September 19–20.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners and top 3 in each pro class are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-Ins/Drug Screenings

Check-ins and drug screenings by appointment July 25 from 9 AM to 6 PM at the competition venue host.
To schedule an appointment: the sign-up link will be sent 2 weeks prior to the show, you must be registered to receive the link. The fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please schedule your appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.

Music

Competitors of Classic Physique, Women's Physique and Bodybuilding category are to send their routine music mp3 or m4a file through the dedicated form, which will be sent after the athlete’s registration. Music must not to contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitors by TIME on DAY, house music will be used for them the day of the event. All music must be sent as a digital file. Competitors can send complete songs if they wish, the music would just be faded out after the stage walk is finished. Also please state whether the music should start after you get set on stage, or before you come out.

Host Hotel

The host hotels will be announced at a later time via email. A free dedicated shuttle service will also be available to take athletes from the host hotel to the venue, making transportation easier for everyone.

Backstage Policy

Each athlete may be accompanied backstage by a maximum of two people. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Competitor Prep Area

In the prep area, resistance bands, dumbbells, and mirrors will be available for all athletes. However, everyone is free to bring their own equipment if they prefer.

Photography Coverage

The link containing all the information about the photography service packages and booking procedures will be sent to all registered athletes two weeks before the show.

Video Recording Policy

Inside the auditorium, taking videos or photos with professional equipment is strictly prohibited. Only smartphones and tablets will be allowed.

The entire event will be filmed and photographed by the official event photographers, who will be easily identifiable by their T-shirts and badges marked “Official Photographer.” They are the only individuals authorized to use professional cameras or video equipment inside the venue.

Spray Tanning Services

The link containing all the information about the tanning service packages and booking procedures will be sent to all registered athletes one month before the show.

Hair & Make-Up Services
