Men's Show Start time: 9:30 AM (event will run straight through with a 30 minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/ awards)
Women's Show Start time: 2:00 PM (event will run straight through with a 30 minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/ awards)
The schedule of events will take place over 2 segments to help ease flow of foot traffic over the course of the day, and to help with spectators planning to attend the event. Approximated times for each segment are listed below. NOTE: Times may be slightly adjusted in the event of a segment going over. However, we will not begin any events earlier than posted.

Tickets

Tickets will be available for purchase online and at the door the day of the contest.
Door Prices:
Adult General Admission $50, Adult Admission Per Segment $30, Under 18 General Admission $25 per segment. Children under 12 years old no charge, Coach/ Assistant general admission plus backstage access: $70 One coach/assistant pass max per competitor is permitted.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by June 28th: Entry $100. Entry fee for each additional class is $70. After June 28th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. July 9th is the last day entries will be accepted. Entry fees are non-refundable.

Categories being offered are Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique.

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com
All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be drug screened tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-Ins/Drug Screenings

All athletes are required to check-in on Friday, July 12th from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM at the host hotel.
Drug screenings will be by appointment. A scheduling link will be emailed to competitors closer to show day. The drug screening testing fee is $60 (cash only payable to the examiner). Fees are non-refundable. Please try to schedule drug screening appointments BEFORE any spray tanning appointments.
What to expect at event check-ins/Drug screenings: Drug screening testing and check-in tasks will both be done. Check-in tasks will consist of distributing competitor number buttons and any advance tickets purchased, turning in photo order forms (if applicable), verifying paperwork, and any other administrative tasks that may be needed.

Backstage Policy

One coach/ assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The coach must purchase a coach/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access. Coaches are not permitted to interact with other competitors.

Competitor Prep Area

Mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
