Time & Order of Event Segments

Men’s show 10am- straight through format-group comparisons, individual routines, awards
Women's show 2pm- straight through format-group comparisons, individual routines, awards

Tickets

Ticket types: Adult general- $50 per show (men or womens) All day ticket (Both shows) $80.00 Trainer ticket (all day plus backstage, limit one per athlete)-$100.00 kids under 12- $15.00
Tickets will only be sold at the door the day of the event

Entry Fees & Deadlines

Amateurs: If entry is received by September 2, 2024- $99 per class. Entry fee for each additional class $99 after September 2nd entry fee is $150 per class.

Pros: If entry is received by September 2nd $275.00, and after September 2nd 2024 entry will be $325.00.

Last day to register for amateurs and pros is October 1, 2024.

Amateur Categories being offered are Women’s: Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Physique and Men’s: Bodybuilding, Physique, Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Bikini: Debut, Novice, Age 50+, Age 35+, Open

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First time competing in any organization.

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Crossover Entries

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, or Classic Physique) at any given show. Physique and Bodybuilding are not permitted.

Awards

Amateurs: The top 5 in open classes will receive sculptured awards. Pros: Cash Prizes for all pro classes will be $1,500 for 1st place, $1,500 for 2nd place $1,000, and $500 for 3rd place. The top 3 in each pro class will receive trophies. All pro participants will receive custom OCB Pro medals.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances & Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all OCB pro qualifying placement winners and top 3 in each pro class are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Event Check-Ins and Polygraph Testing

By appointment 10/11 from start time to end time at the host hotel, hotel name & address. To schedule an appointment Click Here!. The polygraph fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please schedule your polygraph appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.

Music

House music will be provided for all individual routines, routines should be kept to 30-60 seconds

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Stage photo coverage services will be available by Estes Productions. Order forms with details about coverage will be available at show check-ins.

Video Recording Policy

Video Recording will be available estes Productions, outside video recording is prohibited. (cell phone camera and video is allowed.) Anyone caught using professional video equipment will be asked to leave and the athletes they are there to support will be disqualified.

Spray Tanning

Spray tanning services are available from Body Beautiful Bronzing. Please follow all of the registration instructions. Click here to schedule an appointment.
