Time & Format

Show will start at noon and run straight through. Each category will do judging, presentations and awards in this order:
Pro men Bodybuilding (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
BB (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Classic Physique (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Men’s Physique (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Women’s Physique (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Figure (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Wellness (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Bikini (Judging, Presentations, Awards)

General admission $50, under age 12 $10, Military/Senior/Student (IDs needed for verification) $30, Trainer $70

Entry Fee & Deadlines

Amateur entry if it is received by November 6th: Entry $99. Entry fee for each additional class $59. Pro entry fee if it is received by November 6th: $275. After November 6th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. November 13th is the last day entries will be accepted.

Categories

Categories being offered are Bikini, Figure, Women’s Physique, Wellness, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Pro Men's Bodybuilding

Bikini: Teen, Novice, Age 35+, 50+, Open
Figure: Teen, Novice, Age 50+, Age 35+, Open
Men’s Physique: Teen, Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men’s Classic Physique: Teen, Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men’s Bodybuilding: Teen, Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open
Women’s Physique: Teen, Novice, Open, 35+
Wellness: Teen, Novice, Open, 35+, 50+
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Subsance and Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, any competitor may be selected for random urinalysis testing.

Check-Ins/Polygraph Screenings

Check ins will be held at the host hotel Saturday 11/16/24 from 11am – 6pm. Polygraphs are by appointment at the host hotel; link to polygraph: TBD To schedule an appointment, (details for how to schedule). The polygraph fee is $60 and is payable at the time of testing. Please schedule your polygraph appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.

Music

House music will be used for all routines and stage walks except for bodybuilding, classic physique and women’s physique. Routines will be limited to 30 seconds except for Pro categories. Music must be emailed to Sulcop96@aol.com in a MP type readable format no later than November 14th.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Competitor Prep Area

There will be no pump-up equipment provided. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.

It is also recommended that coaches and athletes take the time to review the photos of past shows to see how the criteria for each division is applied. It is the combination of the criteria and the application that will help you best prepare your physique for the competition.

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
