Men begin at 10:30am, Women will begin appx at 1pm, Times subject to change based on entries.

Tickets

Adult General Admission $45, Under Age 5- 12 General Admission $20 (4 and under, no charge), Assistant /Trainer (general admission plus backstage access): $70 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by 1 April: Entry $80. Entry fee for each additional class $60. After 1 April, late entry fee of $70 applies. April 22nd is the last day entries will be accepted.

Women’s Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+ Open

Men’s Physique: Teen, Juniors, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+ Open
Men’s Classic Physique: Teen, Juniors , Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+ Open
Men’s Bodybuilding: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+ Open

Debut: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
Novice: Cannot have placed first in any class besides Teen, within any division, within any category, with any organization or at any independent event, with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class where the competitor was the only one in the class.
Open: Open to everyone regardless of age and level of experience.
Age: Age as of day of contest must fall within the stipulated age range (Ex: Age 50 & Over).
Teen: Ages 16-19. *under age 18 with parental consent
Junior: Age 22 and under. *under age 18 with parental consent

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Roster/Classes

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.

Awards

The top 5 in each class will receive awards.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register or renew if applicable by 25 April 2023. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-Ins/Polygraph Screenings

Polygraph by appointment TBD at the host Hotel.
The polygraph fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Polygraph results are valid for other OCB shows held within three weeks.
Check-ins will be at the Host hotel from 1 pm until 6:00pm. All athletes must check-in 26 April, no meeting or check in available day of show. ***EVERYONE MUST CHECK IN ON FRIDAY 28 APRIL***

Music

All competitors, for every category, are to send their routine/stage walk music in the form of a mp3 file no to magnummuscle@lwft.org , no later than 7PM on 24 April. NOTE: music should be no longer than 60 seconds and must not contain profanity. If music is not received by 7PM, house music for 30 secs will be used the day of the event. Please indicate in your email with your mp3 cut, if you will walk out to your song or start on stage when your music begins.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Weights will be backstage for warm-up purposes however competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Stage Photography Coverage

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices. Please no flash photography.

Crossover Entries

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.
