The schedule of events will take place over 2 segments to help ease flow of foot traffic over the course of the day, and to help with spectators planning to attend the event. Approximated times for each segment are listed below. NOTE: Times may be slightly adjusted in the event of a segment going over. However, we will not begin any events earlier than posted.

Segment 1: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM Classic, Physique, Bodybuilding
Segment 2: 12:30 AM - 3:30PM Women’s Physique, Wellness, Bikini and Figure

Tickets

Adult General Admission $40, Under 10 years old General Admission $15.
Assistant Ticket/Back Stage Pass: $70 (Must be 16 years or older). Assistant tickets are good for general admission seating as well.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

If entry is received by 17 Oct: Entry $90. Entry fee for each additional class $60. After 17 Oct, late entry fee of $100 applies. 3 Nov is the last day entries will be accepted.

Men’s Classic Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+60+, Open, Military & First Responders
Men’s Bodybuilding: Teen, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, 60+, Open, Military & First Responders
Transformation: Open to all over the age of 16.
MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDERS: DoD card holders only: Active, Dependent, Retired, Guard and Reserve and dependents---First Responders: Police, Fire Fighters and EMT
TEEN: Must be between the age of 16-19 the day of the show!
DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First time ever competing in a bodybuilding competition.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Crossover Entries

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

The top 5 in each class will receive awards.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please purchase by 1 Sep. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Check-Ins / Drug Test Screenings

The drug screening fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Drug screening results are valid for other OCB shows held within 3 weeks.
Check in will be at the from 11am -6pm at the Host Hotel. You will receive numbers, prepaid for wrist bands and further instructions at that time. EVERYONE MUST CHECKIN ON FRIDAY 7 Nov.

Music

Competitors are allowed to supply their own music, in MP3 Format trimmed to exactly 60 secs. Music but be clean without the use of profanity and emailed to ocbunrivaled@gmail.com

Roster/Classes

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket ($70), which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices. No flash please

E2M & LiveWell Body Breakthrough

This is a Body Transformation Challenge that is open to men and women over the age of 16.
Date

Start Date: June 1, 2025 - Nov 1, 2025 *contestants may enter at any point between these dates. Contest End Date: Nov 2, 2025 (starting and ending data must be submitted by this date). Show Date: Nov 09, 2025

Entry Fees & Deadlines for E2M & LiveWell Body Breakthrough, Contest registration opens 1/1/25 and data collections may begin as early as 6/1/25. Entries into this contest will be accepted through 11/02/25. The cost to register is $90. Competitors who drop from this contest will not be refunded. Must submit all required data.

Data Collection

Competitors will be required to submit INBody, Dexa scan data (or other similar device that provides a printed report). Some facilities may charge a fee to use this device. Fees for use of this device and data collection will be at the expense of the competitor.

Data Submissions

Starting data (before measurements) can be collected as early as 6/1/25. Ending data (after measurements) must be collected and submitted to the promoter no later than 11/02/25. Reports must include:
(1) First and Last Name of competitor
(2) Dates of Data Collection for beginning and end
(3) Testing Location
(4) Body weight in pounds for beginning and end
(5) Skeletal Muscle in pounds for beginning and end
(6) Body Fat Mass in pounds for beginning and end.

**LATE submissions or those with missing data will be disqualified from judging.**
Data should be submitted on an official report and emailed to ocbunrivaled@gmail.com no later than 11/02/25.

Individual Presentations *required*

Competitors will be introduced and will be given up to 2 minutes to present your favorite poses (you don't need to use all 2 minutes), have a speech prepared by the competitor and read by our MC during their posing (with before and after photos). Only the data in the contest date range will be taken into consideration for placement. Presentation submissions and official data rnreports should be emailed no later than 11/02/25 to ocbunrivaled@gmail.com.

Awards for Competitors

All contestants will receive an OCB medal and swag bag. Winning competitors will be crowned E2M & LiveWell Body Breakthrough Champions! Men's divisions: (based on presentation, percentage of fat lost, and percentage of muscle gained)rn1st place - $750 + Custom Trophy 2nd place - 14 Meal Boxes from E2M + Custom Medal 3rd place - 7 Meal Boxes from E2M + Custom Medal

In Body Testing Sites

Note: All testing sites may not be shown in the link. Contact your local gyms and health stores. Please keep in mind that these locations are not owned by or affiliated with OCB. There may be fees associated with testing on their machines. To ensure the best experience, we recommend that you contact and schedule an appointment prior to going to the testing location.

Attire for the Event

Attire may range anywhere from swimsuits, to fitness gear, to evening gowns and tuxedos. Wear something that makes you feel amazing and confident!
