Time & Format

Men's starts: 9:30am (this event will run straight through with a 30-minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/awards)

Women's starts: 1pm (this event will run straight through with a 30-minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/awards)

Tickets

Ticket types: $40 for Adult General Admission, Under age 12 General Admission $20 and $80 dollars for Coaches pass (limit 1 coaches pass per athlete)

(Tickets will be available for purchase online through April 25th. After then they will only be available for purchase at the door the day of the contest).

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by April 7th: Entry $69. Entry fee for each additional class is $49. After April 7th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. April 25th is the last day entries will be accepted.

Categories

Categories being offered are Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Bikini: Novice, Age 35+, Open
Women’s Wellness: Novice, Age 35+, Open
Figure: Novice, Age 35+, Open
Men’s Physique: Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men’s Classic Physique: Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men’s Bodybuilding: Novice, Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open
Women’s Physique: Open

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If you need to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be drug screened prior to competing. In addition, all overall winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis to obtain pro status.

Check-Ins/Drug Screenings

By appointment 05/02 from start time to end time at the host hotel, hotel name & address. To schedule an appointment, (details for how to schedule). The fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please schedule your appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.

Music

All competitors for every category are to send their routine/stage walk music mp3 or m4a file as an email attachment to (email address). Music must not contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitors by TIME on DAY, house music will be used for them the day of the event. If needed, mp3 files of songs can be purchased from Amazon.com for around $1, downloaded, and then emailed as a file attachment. All music must be sent as a digital file. Competitors can send complete songs if they wish, the music should fade out after the stage walk is finished. For Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique and Women's Physique, when sending music state whether the music should start after you get set on stage, or before you come out.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Competitors may bring their own light weight bands, dumbbells and mirrors backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are responsible for bringing their own pump up equipment and keeping up with it.

Photography Coverage

Photography will be provided by James Helms (Brass Robot) for an additional fee, athletes can sign up for this on the day of check ins/show day or after the show.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.

Spray Tanning Services/Hair & Make-Up Services

Spray tanning services will be available from TMF Tanning with Tina Miller. We will send out information on how to sign up with Tina through email closer to the show date.
