OCB Commit to Fit - Body Transformation Challenge

This is a Body Transformation Challenge that is open to men and women over the age of 16.

Start Date: January 1, 2024 - June 1, 2024 *contestants may enter at any point between these dates.
Contest End Date: June 1, 2024 (starting and ending data must be submitted by this date).
Show Date: June 9, 2024

Entry Fees & Deadlines

Contest registration opens 1/1/24 and data collections may begin as early as 1/1/24. Entries into this contest will be accepted through 6/1/24. The cost to register is $150. Competitors who drop from this contest will not be refunded. Must submit all required data.

Data Collection

Competitors will be required to submit INBody data (or via other similar device that provides a printed report). Some facilities may charge a fee to use this device. Fees for use of this device and data collection will be at the expense of the competitor. Several testing locations are provided below.

Data Submissions

Starting data (before measurements) can be collected as early as 1/1/24. Ending data (after measurements) must be collected and submitted to the promoter no later than 6/1/24.

Reports must include:
(1) First and Last Name of competitor
(2) Dates of Data Collection for beginning and end
(3) Testing Location
(4) Body weight in pounds for beginning and end
(5) Skeletal Muscle in pounds for beginning and end
(6) Body Fat Mass in pounds for beginning and end.
**LATE submissions or those with missing data will be disqualified from judging.**

Data should be submitted on an official INBody report and email to teefabfit@gmail.com no later than 6/1/24.

There are numerous hotels in the surrounding area, but these hotels were chosen due to their proximity to the venue.

Individual Presentations *required*

Competitors will be introduced and will be given up to 5 minutes (you don't need to use all 5 minutes) to present a speech (with before and after photos), share a video, PowerPoint, or any combination of these options. Before and after photos and data must be included in the presentation. The presentation may reference the competitor's health prior to the contest dates; however, only the data in the contest date range will be taken into consideration for placement. Presentation submissions and official data reports should be emailed no later than 6/1/24 to teefabfit@gmail.com. The venue will need time to check formatting and compatibility before the event.

Awards for Competitors & Coaches

All contestants will receive an OCB medal and OCB swag bag

Winning competitors will be crowned Transformation King & Queen.

Winning coaches/trainers will receive $250 cash award for each division their competitor wins:

Men's divisions: $250 pounds of fat lost; $250 pounds of muscle gained

Women's divisions: $250 pounds of fat lost; $250 pounds of muscle gained

Total cash and prizes totaling $1,000!

*NOTE* Contestant must have entered the name of 1 coach/trainer at time of registration to qualify. If a contestant does not have a coach/trainer, the contestant collects the prize money.

Winning contestants will also earn FREE entry into 1 OCB contest held in 2024. Must be present to win.

In Body Testing Sites
