Tickets

Adult General Admission $40, Under Age 12 General Admission $10, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $80 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted. Tickets will be available for purchase online until 1/13/2024. After then they will only be available for purchase at check-in or at the door the day of the contest. Tickets are non-refundable. Cash only. Preferred.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by February 18th: Entry $85. Entry fee for each additional class $50. After February 18th, an additional late entry fee of $60 applies. March 3rd is the last day entries will be accepted. Entries are non-refundable and non transferable.

Bikini: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 35+, Open
Wellness: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 35+, Open
Figure: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 35+, Open
Men's Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men's Classic Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men's Bodybuilding: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+ 50+, 60+, Open
Women's Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 35+, Open.

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Classes

Details about how classes will be split for divisions that will have more than one class.
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.rn

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class.

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

For reservations, call Holiday Inn Express Leland-Wilmington Area reservations at 910.383.3300 and state you’re with the “OCB Gains & Glory” group staying at this hotel for a nightly rate of $145. It’s recommended to make reservations by 02/22/24. After 02/22/24 the hotel will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and, in the hotel’s discretion, will accept reservations at the group rate on a space and rate available basis.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Photography Coverage

Stage photo coverage services will be available from Richard Xicali. Order forms with details about coverage will be available at show check-ins.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.

Spray Tanning Services

Spray tanning services are available from Body Beautiful Bronzing. click here to schedule an appointment. Please follow all of the registration instructions.
