Coach Passes must be purchased at check-in, cash only.

Adult General Admission $50, Under Age 12 and under General Admission $15, Age 5 and under Free.

Assistant Pass(general admission plus backstage access): Assistant tickets will be available at checkin for $80 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare backstage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted. If you are purchasing an assistant pass DO NOT USE TICKETMASTER. Your assistant pass is also good for general admission. Cash is preferred ($3.00 convenience fee will be added to card transactions). No Assistant passes will be sold on show day at the venue, they MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE at checkin.

**DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First time ever competing in a bodybuilding competition in any category with any organization.

**NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in.

TEEN ELIGIBILITY: Competitors ages 16-19 (under 18 with parental consent)Athletes are encouraged to enter all of the divisions they are eligible for.No one under age 16 on day of show is eligible to compete.

Division Guidelines

Debut: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.

Novice: Cannot have placed first in any class besides Teen, within any division, within any category, with any organization or at any independent event, with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class where the competitor was the only one in the class.
Open: Open to everyone regardless of age and level of experience.
Age: Age as of day of contest must fall within the stipulated age range (Ex: Age 50 & Over).

Classes

Amateur Classes: When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Pro Classes: When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. In the event there is more than one class of pro competitors the top 3 athletes in each class will go head to head to determine the top 3 overall winners. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 overall athletes.

Crossover Entries

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, and Classic Physique) at any given show. For example, Physique and Bodybuilding are not permitted in the same show.

Awards

Amateur divisions - The top 5 in each class will receive awards, overall winners receive a shield.
Pro Divisions – Top 3 guaranteed payout as follows: 1st place $1500, 2nd Place $1000, 3rd Place $500.

Eligibility

Competitors participating in amateur divisions are required to hold current amateur OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain either an amateur OCB membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

Pros meeting these guidelines are eligible.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com. All fees are non-refundable.

Banned Substance Methods

All competitors are required to be drug test screened prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners, and all Pro money winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of their award for urinalysis testing. It is your responsibility to make sure this is done. Please don’t get so dehydrated that you cannot provide an adequate sample. If you fail to take the drug test screening or submit a urine sample for any reason you will be disqualified.

Check-Ins/Drug Test Screenings Screenings

By appointment Thursday, May 16 and Friday, May 17 (times to be determined) at the host hotel, TownePlace Suites Greensboro Coliseum Area. The drug screening fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Drug screening results are valid for other OCB amateur shows held within three weeks. Pros have to drug screen at each event. Drug screening fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome.

Music

Amateur competitors can supply their own music for 30 sec individual presentations or can request house music before the deadline.
All Pro competitors will be allowed to submit their own music and will have 45 seconds for routines and t-walks.
Presentations are optional. They are not judged. This is an opportunity for you to have some fun and show off your hard work. You have creative freedom (keep it clean) and do not have to conform to a traditional t-walk. If you choose to opt out of the presentation portion please notify us at nogearmusci@gmail.com ( you will not be penalized for opting out).
Music should only be emailed to nogearmusic@gmail.com in an mp3/mp4 format, do not send links or song requests. Please do not send music to any address other than nogearmusic@gmail.com Music must be received at that address by May 12, 2024 or house music will be played. No music will be accepted after May 12.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket ($85, which is good for general admission and backstage access. No one under the age of 16 is allowed backstage as an assistant. Competitors are responsible for the behavior of their guests. If anyone is found backstage without a Trainer/Assistant's ticket, they will be escorted out of the building, will not be allowed to re-enter. If there is a second offense the competitor they were assisting will be disqualified from the contest. Assistant passes MUST be purchased in advance. There will not be assistant passes for sale on show day. Make sure your coach knows that!

Be VERY careful not to get tan on the walls, countertops and toilets. Do not throw paper towels or wipes in the toilets. Throw your trash away before leaving. Please respect this facility and the volunteers that have to clean up after you!

Competitor Prep Area

Competitors are welcome to bring their own pump up bands, equipment and mirrors.

Stage Photography Coverage

The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Pictures will not be taken of you unless you pre-order. We will have pre-order forms at check-in, cash only. Please fill that out and hand it to the photographer by Friday evening. Friends and family may take pictures, but no other professional photographers will be allowed.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.

Spray Tanning

Body Beautiful Bronzing Click Here to schedule an appointment!No other professional tanner will be allowed in the venue. If another professional spray tanner is found in the venue they will be asked to leave and the competitor(s) will be disqualified.
