10:30 AM (event will run straight through with a 30-minute intermission after group comparisons and 15 intermission before individual presentations/awards).

Tickets

Adult General Admission $40, Under Age 12 General Admission $15, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $60 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted.

If entry is received by 10 July: Entry $80. Entry fee for each additional class $60 After 10 July , late entry fee of $60 applies. 31 July is the last day entries will be accepted.

Best Poser Award for best male and female presentation in the competition

TEEN ELIGIBILITY: Age 16-19 only, must be at least 16 the day of show. Any teen under 18 must have a signed consent form by a parent or legal guardian.

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY : First time ever competing in a bodybuilding competition.- NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Crossovers

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Roster/Classes

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.

Awards

The top 5 in each class will receive awards.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by 31 July 2023. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Banned Substance Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-ins/Polygraph Screenings

Polygraph by appointment fee is $60, at the host hotel, Click HERE to schedule an appointment. Polygraph results are valid for other OCB shows held within three weeks.

Check-ins will be at the Host hotel from 1pm until 6:00pm. All athletes must check-in 4 August 2023, no meeting or check in available day of show.

Music

All competitors, for every category, are to send their routine/stage walk music in the form of a mp3 file to divinemuscle@lwft.org , no later than 7PM on 1 Aug. NOTE: music should be no longer than 60 seconds and must not contain profanity. If music is not received by 7PM, house music will be used the day of the event. Please indicate in your email with your mp3 cut, if you will walk out to your song or start on stage when your music begins.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Weights will be backstage for warm-up purposes however competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

TRANSFORMATION DATA SUBMISSIONS

The Body Transformation Challenge is open to any natural contestant (following OCB drug-free criteria according to OCBonline.com. Competitors are not required to enter any other bodybuilding divisions, but are eligible to crossover into other divisions.

Registration deadline is 6/1/2022. All contestants must register at OCBonline.com. There is no OCB membership or polygraph required UNLESS the contestant is also crossing over into a traditional bodybuilding division. Registration will close after 6/1/2022. Competitors must submit 4 photos and a brief essay together via email by 7/26/2022

The participant must submit before and after photos to the promoter. The photos must include a local newspaper front page to verify the date the photo was taken.

Any type of "before" photos are acceptable as long as they do not show nudity or other types of obscene content. Submit an official initial inbody report. Submit anytime between 4/1/2022 and 6/1/2022rnAny type of "after" photos are acceptable that show the physical transformation that occurred. Submit an ending official inbody report (after)

Reports must include:
(1) First and Last Name of competitor
(2) Dates of Data Collection is: start date of transformation NET 4/1/2022 and the end date NLT 7/26/2022.
(3) Testing Location, i.e., gym
(4) Body weight in pounds for beginning and end
(5) Skeletal Muscle in pounds for beginning and end
(6) Body Fat Mass in pounds for beginning and end
(7) Before and After photos

**LATE submissions or those with missing data will be disqualified from judging.

**Competitors will be judged based on the following two criteria:
50% of Score - Story of Transformationrn50% of Score - Physical Transformation

Participants will come out together and showcase their changes for initial prejuding, gym attire please, then 2nd half will be a twalk to music 60 secs and showcase their personality. Dress to impress.
