Ticket types:
General admission: $50
Under age 12: $10
Backstage access pass: $75
(Tickets will be available for purchase online through 6/3/23)
After 6/3/23 tickets will only be available for purchase at the door the day of the contest via cash

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by April 29th, 2023: Entry $80
Entry fee for each additional class $60
April 29th-June 7th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies
June 7th is the last day entries will be accepted ONLINE.
**AT CHECK IN REGISTRATION ACCEPTED! Late entry fee of $100 will apply**

Transformation

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Classes

When more than 8 competitors are in a class, multiple classes will be formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Crossovers

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show. **TRANSFORMATION COMPETITORS MAY CROSS OVER INTO OTHER DIVISIONS**

Competitor Meeting

There will not be a contestant briefing on show day. Please refer to ocbonline.com for complete details of category guidelines. All additional contest information needed will be provided in an email when you register for the show. You will receive additional emails during the week before the show.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class. Awards include custom wooden Texas medals for top 5 in each class and large custom trophies for all open and master’s winners.
OCB Pro Cards will be awarded in Open and Masters classes when minimum entries are met.

OCB Pro Card status will be awarded to overall division winners of Men's Bodybuilding Open, Men's Physique Open, Classic Physique Open, Women's Physique Open, Figure & Bikini Open. OCB MASTERS PRO Card status will be presented to 1st Place winners of: Men's 40+ Bodybuilding, Men's Physique & Classic Physique 40+, Women's Physique 35+, Figure 35+ and Bikini 35+.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-ins/Polygraph Screenings

Check ins will be on FRIDAY 6/9/2023 from 5pm-8pm outside of the polygraph location. **ANYONE WHO DOES NOT CHECK IN IN PERSON BY 6/9/23 by 8pm WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE**

Polygraph screening will most likely by appointment 6/9 from 11am-7pm at the host hotel, Hilton Palacio. To schedule an appointment, (details for how to schedule to come). The polygraph fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please schedule your polygraph appointment so it's BEFORE your spray tanning appointment AND PRIOR TO CHECKING IN.

Music

All competitors need to email the chosen song to ocbmetanoiaseries@gmail.com . SONG MUST BE SPOTIFY “NON-EXPLICIT” VERSIONS- please check this prior to sending. If song is NOT on the NON-EXPLICIT SPOTIFY LIST, house music will be used at the moment's notice on show day. Music must not contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitors by 6/3, house music will be used for them the day of the event. **IF YOU NEED the song to start at a certain point, please put that in your email**

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access. Backstage Assistant may NOT approach other competitors with intent to poach competitors. Backstage assistant MUST BE respectful. If at any time, the Assistant is not following the above rules, they may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Competitor Prep Area

Bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Photography

Stage photo coverage services will be available from Day After Stage Photography. Please email DayAfterStage@gmail.com for booking. Stage shots will be $125 for anyone who purchases package PRIOR to 6/1/23; price will increase to $150 if purchased after 6/1/23-check ins.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices, but MAY NOT be near the judges NOR interfere with show day photographers. THERE MAY NOT BE FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY USED as it could interfere with the quality of the shots for our stage photography team.

Body Transformation

TRANSFORMATION DIVISION REQUIREMENTS: enter by March 1st 2023. WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REGISTERING, YOU MUST email YOUR “DAY 1” PHYSIQUE PICTURES while holding a newspaper showing the date on which the picture(s) was taken. June 1st 2023 send us the last update picture of your transformation while holding a newspaper showing the date.
