Tickets

General admission: $50
Under age 12: $10
Backstage access pass: $100

(Tickets will be available for purchase online through 04/29/2023. General admission AT DOOR: $60. After 4/29/23 they will only be available for purchase at the door the day of the contest via cash).

If entry is received by April 1st, 2023: Entry $80
Entry fee for each additional class $60
April 1st-May 3rd an additional late entry fee of $50 applies
Mary 3rd is the last day entries will be accepted.

Categories

Categories being offered are Transformation, Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Women’s Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show (other than transformation + another category).

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. Classes will be split into multiple classes when more than 8 competitors are registered in a class. Classes will be added continuously so no more than 7 competitors will be in a class.

Crossovers

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Competitor Meeting

There WILL be a competitor meeting at 10am AT THE VENUE. Please refer to ocbonline.com for complete details of category guidelines. All additional contest information needed will be provided in an email when you register for the show. You will receive additional emails during the week before the show.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class.
Awards to include medals and trophies; more details to come!
OCB Pro Cards will be awarded in Open and Masters classes when minimum entries are met.

OCB Pro Card status will be awarded to overall division winners of Women's Physique Open, Figure & Bikini Open. OCB MASTERS PRO Card status will be presented to 1st Place winners of: Women's Physique 35+, Figure 35+ and Bikini 35+.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-ins/Polygraph Screenings

Polygraph screening will most likely by appointment 5/5/23 from 8am-4pm at the host hotel. To schedule an appointment, (details COMING SOON). The polygraph fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please schedule your polygraph appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.

Check ins will be on FRIDAY 5/5/23 from 11am-8pm outside of the polygraph location.
**ANYONE WHO DOES NOT CHECK IN IN PERSON BY 5/5/23 at 8pm WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE**

Music

All competitors for Women’s Physique are to send their routine music mp3 or m4a file as an email attachment to ocbmetanoiaseries@gmail.com . Music must not contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitors by 4/29/23, house music will be used for them the day of the event. If needed, mp3 files of songs can be purchased from Amazon.com for around $1, downloaded, and then emailed as a file attachment. All music must be sent as a digital file. Competitors can send complete songs if they wish, the music would just fade out after the stage routine is finished. For Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique and Women's Physique, when sending music state whether the music should start after you get set on stage, or before you come out.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access. Backstage Assistant may NOT approach other competitors with intent to poach competitors. Backstage assistant MUST BE respectful. If at any time, the Assistant is not following the above rules, they may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Competitor Prep Area

Bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Photography

Stage photo coverage services will be available from Day After Stage Photography. Order forms with details about coverage are available order photography. Packages will range from $100-200 and include individual routines, comparison shots, awards, and backstage coverage and be photos and/or video. Photoshoots prior to and following the event will also be offered. Please print off order form and fill out (or fill out electronically) and send a copy to ocbmetanoiaseries@gmail.com once payment has been sent.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices, but MAY NOT be near the judges NOR interfere with show day photographers. THERE MAY NOT BE FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY USED as it could interfere with the quality of the shots for our stage photography team.

Body Transformation

TRANSFORMATION DIVISION REQUIREMENTS: Enter by February 1st 2023. WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REGISTERING, YOU MUST email YOUR “DAY 1” PHYSIQUE PICTURES while holding a newspaper showing the date on which the picture(s) was taken. By April 30st 2023 send us the last update picture of your transformation while holding a newspaper showing the date.
