Time & Format
Pre-Judging: 10:00 AM, event will run straight through with short intermission before each finals and between segments.
Pro's will go on first, prejudging and finals
Then Men's amateur classes, prejudging and finals
And finally Women's amateur classes, prejudging and finals
All Day Adult General Admission $40 ($45 at the door)
Teens (3-16) $20
Kids (12 and under) FREE
Trainer Pass $50
Backstage policy: In order to limit crowding backstage, only one assistant per competitor will be allowed. Note: All non-competitors will need to purchase a ticket for admission to the event with no exceptions.
Entry Fee & Deadlines
If entry is received by October 20th: Amateur Entry $79; Pro Entry $200
Entry fee for each additional amateur class $45. After October 20th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies to all entries. The last day to enter is October 30th. No entries will be accepted after that date.
Categories being offered are Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Women's Physique, Bodybuilding, Men's Physique, and Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Amateur: Bikini: Teen, Debut, Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)
Wellness: Teen, Debut, Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)
Figure: Teen, Debut, Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)
Men's Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Masters Age 40+, Open (PQ), Age 50+, Age 60+
Classic Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Masters Age 40+ (PQ),Open (PQ), 50+, 60+
Men's Bodybuilding: Teen, Debut, Novice, Masters Age 40+, Open, Age 50+, Age 60+
Women's Physique: Novice, Masters Age 35+ (PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)
DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it)
Teen: Age 16-19. Debut: Open only to 1st time competitors with any organization. Novice: Open only to those who have not placed first in any class besides Teen within any division in the same category (Ex. Bikini) with any organization (unless was the only competitor in the class). Masters Divisions: Open only to those falling into the stipulated age range (ex. 40+ is age forty and over). Open: Open to anyone regardless of age and level of experience.
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
Crossovers - Entering more than one division
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show but can compete in as many divisions as they like.
Pro Men's Physique Top 3 winners will received cash prizes: 1st place $1,000; 2nd place $750; 3rd place $250. All pro contestants will receive an OCB Pro medal. The top 5 will qualify for the 2023 OCB Pro Yorton Cup.
Trophies will be awarded to the top five amateur placements in each class. There will also be a best poser award and a best presentation/T-walk award. As well as a Team Trophy. The eligible classes for best poser will be Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique and Women’s Physique only. The eligible classes for best presentation will be Men’s Physique, Bikini, Figure.
All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com
Banned Substances and Screening Methods
This is a 100% polygraphed event. All competitors must be drug free for a period of 7 years. Please review the OCB Banned substances List. You, as a competitor, are responsible to know the effects that certain supplements may present. Just because you may have bought it over the counter does not mean it is acceptable in the OCB. Please research carefully. The Banned substances list, along with any exceptions, is posted on our website, www.OCBonline.com
Polygraph cost is $50 and will be paid to the polygrapher at the time of the test.
Please note that you CAN NOT be under the influence of any drug or alcohol for minimum of 24 hours prior to drug testing. Photo identification is required. All competitors are subject to additional forms of testing, if requested, at the discretion and expense of the promoter.
ALL pro-qualifying placement winners will also be subjected to urinalysis immediately after the placings are announced. Check-Ins and Polygraphs
Check Ins, Tanning and Drug Testing will take place on Friday, November 11th 2022. All competitors will need to check-in even if the drug test has been waived due to prior testing (polygraph tested within past 3 weeks with an approved polygrapher). Please contact us beforehand if you think your suit might be borderline inappropriate. All competitors will receive contest shirts and "goodie" bags at check-in.
Men's Bodybuilders, Men's Classic Physique and Women's Physique competitors and anyone else wanting their own music played for their walk will also need to bring their music with them (see "Routines" below for details) if they haven’t already emailed it. No music will be accepted on the day of the show. MP3 files to be emailed to email@example.com before November 1st 2022rn

There will be quick athlete meetings with the athletes from each segment 15min before each prejudging. Just to answer any questions if there are any. Please read all emails you'll get after registering they will contain all information needed.
All competitors will do their T-walk or Routines at the beginning of the finals portion and will need to be no longer than 60 seconds in duration. Men’s Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women’s Physique competitors will need to designate to the DJ whether they will be walking on or will already be on stage when their music starts. All music needs to be sent via email in mp3 format. No music will be taken on the day of the contest. If it does not play you will have to pose to our music. Music can not contain any profanity. Costumes/props will be permitted but only if competitors can carry it on stage and it is in good taste. If a competitor chooses not to do a t-walk then he/she will just walk on stage after bio is read, do 1 pose and wave and walk off.
When competitors enter the stage individually at the finals portion of the program a “bio” will be read for each individual by the MC. This should include your name, and then something like your motivation, how long you have been competing and then something interesting about yourself and/or thanks to those who helped you along the way. An email with a bio form will be sent couple of weeks prior to show day.
