10:30am: (event will run straight through with a short break after comparisons and before presentations/awards). Women's the segment will begin immediately after last men's category awards.

Drug Tested Event

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB Drug Testing Guidelines in order to participate. The OCB is an all-natural, drug tested, WADA compliant organization. Please review OCB's banned substance listed and policies before competing. https://ocbonline.com/banned-list.php  Athletes, like all others, may have illnesses or conditions that require them to take particular medications. If the medication an athlete is required to take to treat an illness or condition happens to fall under the WADA prohibited list, a therapeutic use exemption may give that athlete the authorization to take the needed medicine.. If you are prescribed a medication that is listed on the WADA banned substance list that meets the criteria for a medical waiver, you MUST submit the therapeutic use exemption form at least 10 days prior to the event. Submission of a request for therapeutic exemption does not equate to an approval. The request must be reviewed by our team to determine if an exemption can be granted. NOTE: The OCB may not be able to grant medical exemptions during check ins or after a substance has been detected in a urine sample. Persons using HRT would not be eligible for OCB competition. Entry Fees & Deadlines

Entry fee(s) and any cutoff dates, such as when a late fee kicks in or last day to be able to enter is. Example: If entry is received by June 24th: Entry $69. Entry fee for each additional class $49. After June 24th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. July 9th is the last day entries will be accepted.

Categories

Categories being offered are Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Division Offerings

Men's Bodybuilding: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, 60+, Open  Figure: Debut, Novice, Age 35+, 50+, Open Bikini: Debut, Novice, Age 35+, 40+, 50+, Open Men's Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, Open Classic Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, Open Women's Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 35+, 40+, 50+, Open Wellness: Debut, Novice, 35+, 40+, 50+, Open TEENS: Ages 16-19yrs (any division) Teens are welcome to compete in Open class, of their chosen division, as an Additional Class/Crossover. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A waiver must be signed attire time of checkin.  *Promoter reserves the right to add or drop categories, divisions or classes based on number of entries.  *Bikini competitors please be mindful of the cut and fit of your suit. Bikini competitors be very mindful of the cut and fit of your suit! Thongs, pro cut & t-back bottoms are not permitted and if your triangle cut has the appearance of a thong, it is not permitted.(if you are unsure or have questions, please contact me for clarity)  Competitors can compete in only one category at a particular show.

Classes

When there's more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. Divisions are split into classes when there are 12+ registered in a division. Example: Class A, B, C etc or Tall or Short. (Class breakdowns and the order of events will be supplied to competitors approximately a week before the event). Crossovers between the Figure, Bikini, Wellness & Women's Physique categories are NOT permitted. Crossovers between Men’s Physique, Classic Physique and Bodybuilding are NOT permitted.

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A "crossover" is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Figure Novice class, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Figure Open class and compete in it as well. THERE IS A FEE FOR EACH CROSSOVER/ADDITIONAL DIVISION AND YOU NEED TO SELECT THE DIVISIONS YOU'RE DOING.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class. or Amateurs: The top 5 in each class will receive sculptured awards. All amateur competitors will receive custom OCB medals. Pros: Guaranteed cash prizes for all pro classes will be $1,500 for 1st place, $1,000 for 2nd place, and $500 for 3rd place. The top 5 in each pro class will receive trophies. All pro participants will receive custom OCB Pro medals.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners and top 3 in each pro class are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis. (Remove reference to pro classes when not applicable)

Check-Ins/Drug Test Screenings

Each competitor is required to come to host hotel to check-in before going to screening appointment. Screening will be done, Friday, 9/5 by appointment at the host hotel listed below. All contestants must be able to check-in Friday 9/5 for this event.

Music

Music will be provided for all athletes. Each athlete will have 30 sec to hit a few poses for finals routine. Competitors have the option to choose not to do a routine or finals walk, it is not mandatory, nor does it have any effect on placement.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring cell phones, but professional grade cameras, tripods, and recording devices are prohibited.

Drug Screening

All competitors are required to be tested prior to competing. Drug screening is done at the host hotel the day before the event. Photo identification must be shown prior to screening. A scheduling link will be sent to athletes 2 weeks before the contest. Any competitor not tested will be subject to disqualification. The screening fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Screening results are valid for other OCB shows held within three weeks. The screening appointment link will be emailed to competitors a week out from the event date.

OCB Membership

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. OCB Membership is not included in or the same thing as the registration for the show. Please be sure to register for your membership by 8/28/26. Membership can be found on OCBonline.com. Wednesday, 8/26/26. Entries or crossovers will not be accepted after 8/27/26.

Fees

If entry is received by 8/15/26: Entry $95, Amateur Crossover Entry $85 for each additional class. From 8/16 to 8/26: Entry $150, Crossover Entry $95 for each additional class.(registration fees are non-refundable)

No meeting will be held. All info will be emailed prior to show.

Photography

Photo forms will be available during checkin. A photo link will also be emailed after the event.

Videography

A great way to view yourself in movement on stage next to other competitors to see what the judges see. This is also a great coaching and learning tool. Judging

The Judging portion of the event will consist of: Bodybuilding, Physique, Figure, Bikini and Wellness group comparisons.

Finals

he Finals portion of the event will consist of: Bodybuilding routines, Women’s Physique routines, Figure, Bikini, Wellness, Men’s Physique and Transformation individual presentations/stage walks, awards presentations, and overall judging (for divisions that have more than one class). All competitors will perform at finals, unless you opt out, regardless of placement from Prejudging. Bodybuilding and Women’s Physique routines and Figure/Bikini/Wellness/Men’s Physique individual presentations/stage walks should last no more than 45 seconds. Ladies, you have the option to do either the I- Walk or T- Walk for your finals presentation.

Tickets

Adult General Admission $50, Minor 4-12 General Admission Prejudging $20 & Under 4: Free. Assistant Ticket/Backstage Pass: $90 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage. One assistant max per competitor is permitted. Assistant tickets are good for general admission seating at the show and backstage access). Admission tickets will be sold through the venue. (ticket fees are non-refundable)
