Founded by Matt Shepley in 2003, the OCB is the world’s largest all natural bodybuilding organization, hosting over 130 events yearly. OCB’s success comes from well-organized, fun competitions that prioritize drug testing, fair judging, and professionalism.
To ensure a level playing field, OCB screens all competitors before they compete and conducts urinalysis testing (lab reports provided) of pro and amateur winners. Coupled with year around, unannounced drug testing, OCB is able to enforce fairness.
I’ve competed in many contests. The promoters of the OCB shows have been more organized and athlete oriented. They seem to go the extra mile when planning to make competitors feel appreciated and make their experiences fun and memorable.
Competitors who win pro qualifying placements at OCB amateur events and pass urinalysis drug testing may advance to the OCB Pro level.
