Time & Format
Judging starts at 10:00 AM. Event will run straight through with a 1 hour intermission before finals and awards.
Tickets
Tickets purchased online $45.00 / Purchased at the Venue $50.00.
Seniors $40.00
Teens 13 to 17 $20.00.
Under age 12 Free.
Backstage Pass $75.00 (One Pass per Competitor). OCB policy requires that COACH/BACKSTAGE tickets are only sold to athletes and coaches during check-in to protect the privacy and safety of our athletes. ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Entry Fees & Deadlines
Registration $100.00. Additional divisions/Crossovers $60.00 per division. Final entry deadline is 10/02/2027. Late fee charge of $50 will be added to all registrations after 09/27/2027 REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Categories
Categories being offered are Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Women's Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 35+, Open
Men's Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, Open
Men's Classic Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, Open
Men's Bodybuilding: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, 60+ Open
TEEN ELIGIBILITY: AGE 16 TO 19 (Teens 16 to 17 require a teen waiver signed by legal gardian)
DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen or Debut), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
Classes
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors by height.
Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)
Competitors are encuraged to enter more that one division within their category.
A crossover entry is entering more than one class within the same Division. For example, someone may enter the Novice class and also crossover into the Open class and compete in it as well. Competitors are encouraged to make the most of their stage experience and enter as many classes as they are eligible, ask the promoter if youre not sure about eligibility before registering. Competitors may not participate in more than one Category at the same show but can compete in as many classes as they like in their chosen Category.
Awards
Custom Medals will be presented to the top five in each division.
Pro Card and Overalls will receive in addition Sculptured Bodybuilding Trophies.
Best Male and Female individual rouitne posers will receive custom awards.
Eligibility
All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If you need to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com
Banned Substances Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be screened prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
Check-Ins/Drug Test Screenings
Competitor check-ins will start at 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the host hotel.
The Drug Screening scheduling for booking times will be available 3 days prior to the event. The fee is $70.00 and is payable directly at the time of testing. Additionally, all winners who qualify for professional status must provide a urine sample immediately after the event for analysis.
A valid ID is required at the time of the test.
Music
All Competitors can submit their own 60 second (CLEAN / FRAMILY FRIENDLY MUSIC) for their individual routines or choose to use house music.

Backstage Policy
One assistant per competitor is allowed backstage.
The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant/coach ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access. THE TICKET MUST BE PURCHASED THE DAY BEFORE THE SHOW DURING CHECK-IN. They will NOT be sold at the door on the day of the show
Competitor Prep Area
Competitors next on stage are allowed in the pump-up room. Pump-up bands will be provided.
Competitors are encuraged to bring all that they feel they will need for a full day backstage, these include but not limited to: Meals, drink, pump-up bands, mirrors, light wieghts, towels, make-up, bikini bit, extra posing suit.
Two microwaves and water bottles will be provided backstage.

PRO QUALIFIER INFORMATION
The OCB Mid-Florida Naturals is a conditional pro qualifier.Minimum turnouts for divisions must be met for overall winners in Open and Age 35+/40+ divisions to become eligible before awarding OCB Pro Cards in their respective divisions. The minimum required are: Bikini Open 5, Classic Physique Open 5, Men's Physique Open 5, Bodybuilding Open 3, Wellness open 3, Figure Open 3. Masters 35+ / 40+ 3.
