Time & Format

Men's divisions will start at 9:30am and run straight through to individual routines and awards.

We will take a 30 minute intermission, followed by women’s divisions straight through to individual routines and awards.

Tickets

Ticket types: $45 for Adult General Admission and Under age 12 General Admission $25. Tickets will be available for purchase online through May 27th. After then, they will only be available for purchase at the door the day of the contest.

$85 dollars for Coaches pass (limit 1 coaches pass per athlete)These tickets will only be sold to athletes at check ins.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by May 2nd the initial entry is $69. Entry fee for each additional class is $49.

After May 2nd an additional late fee of $50 applies. May 22nd is the last day entries will be accepted.

Categories

Categories being offered are Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition EVER. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class.

Awards will be presented after individual routines.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If you need to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be drug screened prior to competing. In addition, all overall winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis to obtain pro status.

Check-Ins/Drug Test Screenings

Check-ins begin at 9:00am on 5/28/2026 at Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville West/Cedar Bluff. 216 Peregrine Way, Knoxville TN 37922. Screenings will be booked by the athlete once they receive the email. The drug screen fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please schedule your drug screen appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.

Music

All athletes have the option to do an individual routine or T walk. Athletes will have 30 seconds on stage to house music.

Backstage Policy

One coach max per competitor is allowed backstage. The coach must purchase a specific coaching ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Competitors may bring their own light weight bands, dumbbells and mirrors backstage for use in preparation to go on stage. Competitors are responsible for bringing their own pump up equipment and keeping up with it.

Photography Coverage

Photography will be provided by James Helms (Brass Robot) for an additional fee, athletes can sign up for this on the day of check ins/show day or after the show.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.
