Men's Show – 10:00 AM
The Men's Show will run continuously through prejudging, individual presentations, and awards. There will be a brief intermission prior to the awards presentation.

Women's Show – 2:00 PM
The Women's Show will run continuously through prejudging, individual presentations, and awards.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by 7/15/26: Entry $100.

Entry fee for each additional class: $75. After 7/15/26, an additional late fee of $50 will apply to all entries.

07/28/26 is the last day that entries will be accepted.

Men's Classic Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+(PQ), Open (PQ) , Military

Men's Bodybuilding: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+(PQ), 50+, 60+, Open(PQ), , Military  

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it)

TEEN: Competitors ages 16-19 (under 18 with parental consent)

JUNIORS: Competitors age 22 and under (under 18 with parental consent).

Athletes are encouraged to enter all divisions they are eligible for.

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. These will not be determined until all registration entries have been received.

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category.

For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well.

Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

The top 5 in every class will receive awards. Winners of the Open and Masters will receive OCB Pro cards when minimum entries are met, pending urinalysis test results.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to hold a current OCB AMATEUR membership to participate in this event.

If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event.

Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

DRUG TESTS AND DRUG SCREENING

All competitors are required to be drug screened prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-Ins/Drug Test Screenings

Athlete check-in will take place on Friday, July 31 from 5pm-8pm at the host hotel.  All athletes are required to check-in and undergo Drug testing. The fee is $60 (cash only).

A scheduling link will be emailed to competitors ONE WEEK before show day. Please have your drug screen before spray tanning if doing both on the same day.

What to expect at event check-ins/drug screenings: Drug testing and check-in tasks will both be done at Host Hotel. Check-in tasks will consist of distributing competitor number buttons and any advance tickets purchased, turning in photo order forms (if applicable), verifying paperwork, and any other administrative tasks that may be needed.

Music

STAGE WALK & ROUTINE MUSIC

All Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women's Physique competitors,  must submit their stage walk and/or routine music as an MP3 or M4A file via email attachment to ocbkentucky@gmail.com.

Music Submission Requirements:

  • Music must not contain profanity or explicit language.
  • All music must be submitted as a digital file attachment (MP3 or M4A format).
  • Competitors may submit a full song if desired; however, the music will be faded out once the stage walk or presentation is complete.
  • Streaming links (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) will not be accepted.

Submission Deadline:
All music must be received by check-ins. If music is not received by the deadline, house music will be used on show day.

If needed, MP3 files can be purchased and downloaded from Amazon or other digital music providers and then emailed as an attachment.

Bodybuilding, Men's Classic Physique, and Women's Physique Competitors:
When submitting your music, please indicate whether you would like the music to begin:

  • Before you walk onto the stage, or
  • After you are in position and set on stage.

Failure to provide this information may result in music being started at the discretion of the event staff.

Backstage Policy

COACH / ASSISTANT PASSES

Each competitor is permitted one (1) coach or assistant backstage.

All coaches and assistants must purchase a Coach/Assistant Pass, which includes both general admission seating and backstage access.

Coaches and assistants are only permitted to work with the competitor they are accompanying. Interaction with, coaching of, solicitation of, or assistance to other competitors is strictly prohibited.

Any coach or assistant found engaging in athlete poaching, unauthorized coaching, solicitation, or other unwanted interactions with competitors may have their backstage privileges revoked and may be escorted from the venue without refund.

Competitor Prep Area

VENUE & BACKSTAGE RULES

Please take extra care to help us keep the venue clean and in excellent condition. We are guests of the facility, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

  • Do not touch or lean against the walls.
  • Remain within designated athlete and backstage areas at all times.
  • Do not enter restricted or protected areas of the venue.
  • Mirrors will be available in the athlete area for competitor use.

Athletes may bring a limited amount of pump-up equipment, including:

  • Up to two (2) dumbbells
  • Exercise/resistance bands

For safety reasons, weights and pump-up equipment are permitted only in the athlete room and may not be used in hallways, backstage staging areas, or any other part of the venue.

Failure to follow venue rules may result in removal of equipment or loss of backstage privileges.

Video Recording Policy

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Professional cameras and photography equipment are not permitted inside the venue without prior media credentials or approval from event management.

Guests, coaches, and competitors may use cell phones for personal photos and videos; however, professional cameras, detachable lenses, monopods, tripods, and other professional photography equipment are prohibited.

Unauthorized photography equipment may be required to be removed from the venue.

PROFESSIONAL TANNING SERVICES

LIQUID SUNRAYZ (info TBA) Athletes must pay in advance in order to book their appointments. Tanning will take place at the host hotel on Saturday. Touch-ups on Sunday at the venue.

OCB KENTUCKY NATURAL (PRO QUALIFIER*)

PRO QUALIFICATION OPPORTUNITIES

This is a Natural Bodybuilding Event with the opportunity to earn OCB professional status.

A total of 14 OCB Pro Cards will be awarded:

  • 7 Open Pro Cards
  • 7 Masters Pro Cards

Pro Cards will be awarded only when the minimum class entry requirements established by the organization are met.

FORMAT FOR INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATIONS

Stage Presentation Instructions

Competitors will be introduced by name and number only and will take the stage to house music for a 30-second individual presentation.

Athletes will walk to the front center of the stage, where an "X" will mark the designated posing area. Once there, you may perform several poses of your choice before exiting the stage.

Please remain on the "X" while posing. This position is specifically designed to ensure that professional photographers and videographers capture the highest-quality photos and videos of your presentation. Staying on the mark also helps provide consistent stage coverage for all competitors.

There will be no contestant briefing on show day. All information that would normally be covered during an athlete meeting is provided on this page, so please read all materials carefully.

Competitors are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all event procedures, rules, and requirements prior to arriving at the venue.

VIDEO RECORDING POLICY

Professional cameras are NOT allowed in the event. We have photo and video vendors that will provide you with beautiful images for purchase.Competitors and friends/family are welcome to use their cellphones to capture photos and videos.
