Coach/Backstage Pass only available for purchase during check-ins on Friday 7/24/26 (also valid for all day general admission): $100 *1 per competitor strictly enforced.

If entry is received by 7/10/27. Entry $125. Entry fee for each additional class: $75. After 7/10/27, an additional late fee of $50 will apply to all entries. 07/18/27 is the last day that entries will be accepted. *REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*

Categories

Categories being offered are Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Men's Bodybuilding: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+(PQ), 50+, 60+, Open(PQ), , Military

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

The top 5 in every class will receive awards.

Winners of the Open and Masters will receive OCB Pro cards when minimum entries are met, pending urinalysis test results.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

• DEBUT: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have competed in any category with any organization.

• NOVICE: Cannot have placed first in any class besides Teen, within any division, within any category, with any organization or at any independent event, with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class where the competitor was the only one in the class.

• OPEN: Open to everyone regardless of age and level of experience. Open divisions are *Pro Qualifying when minimum entries have been met.

• AGE: Based on the competitors age on the day of contest. Age must fall within the stipulated age range (Example: Age 50+). Proof of age is required during check-in. Masters 35+ women and 40+ men are *Pro Qualifying when minimum entries have been met.

• TEEN: Athletes ages 16-19 with proof of age on day of contest. *Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Parents must sign a consent form during check-in.

• JUNIOR: Athletes ages 22 and under with proof of age on day of contest. *Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Parents must sign a consent form during check-in.

Check-Ins/Drug Test Screenings

Athlete check-in will take place on Friday, July 23rd from 5pm-8pm at the HOST HOTEL (across the street from the Dayton Convention Center). All athletes are required to check-in and undergo Drug testing. The fee for polygraph testing is $70. A scheduling link will be emailed to competitors ONE WEEK before show day.

Please have your drug screen before spray tanning if doing both on the same day.

Check-in tasks will consist of distributing competitor number buttons and any advance tickets purchased, turning in photo order forms (if applicable), verifying paperwork, and any other administrative tasks that may be needed.

Music

All athletes should submit their music by July 10th. Please send the exact part of the song chosen to ocbdayton@gmail.com

Backstage Policy

One coach/ assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The coach must purchase a coach/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access. Coaches are not permitted to interact with other competitors.

Competitor Prep Area

Please take extra precautions to care for the venue and keep it as clean as possible. Do NOT touch the walls and do NOT stray from protected areas. Mirrors will be available. Athletes will be allowed to bring dumbbells and exercise bands. Weights are not permitted anywhere but the athletes room.

Photography Coverage

Prima Vista Photography - Stage Photography Services will be available for $50 purchased at check-ins or online link (instagram bio)

Video Recording Policy

Professional cameras are NOT allowed in the event.

We have photo and video vendors that will provide you with beautiful images for purchase. Competitors and friends/family are welcome to use their phones to capture photos and videos.

Spray Tanning Services

Stage Bronze CLICK HERE to book. Athletes must pay in advance in order to book their appointments. Make sure when booking your appointment to follow the prompts and find the payment method. If you didn't get to payment, you are not booked.

Tanning will take place at the host hotel on Friday. Touch-ups on Saturday at the venue.
