Men’s Show Starts 10:00 am Women’s show Starts 3:00 pm The schedule of events will take place over 5 segments to help ease flow of foot traffic over the course of the day, and help with spectators planning to attend the event. Approximated time for each segment is listed below. Should showtimes posted that time for various segments not run as long as anticipated. Entry Fees & Deadlines

Entry fee(s) and any cutoff dates, such as when a late fee kicks in or last day to be able to enter is. Example: If entry is received by June 24th: Entry $69. Entry fee for each additional class $49. After June 24th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. July 9th is the last day entries will be accepted.

Division Offerings

Bikini: Novice, Age 35+, Open Women’s Wellness: Novice, Age 35+, Open, Figure: Novice, Age 35+, Open Men’s Physique: Novice, Age 40+, Open Men’s Classic Physique: Novice, Age 40+, Open Men’s Bodybuilding: Novice, Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open Women’s Physique: Open (add or remove any divisions that won’t be offered, add any being offered but aren’t listed above) DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization. NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it). (Remove mention of Debut if not offering that division)

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Crossovers

A crossover entry (amateur) is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Neither amateur or pro competitors may participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

The top 5 amateurs in each class will receive awards.

Eligibility

Competitors participating in amateur divisions are required to hold current amateur OCB memberships to participate in this event. Competitors participating in pro divisions are required to hold current pro OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain either an amateur or a pro annual OCB membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners and top 3 in each pro class are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis. (Remove reference to pro classes when not applicable)

Check-ins, Drug Screening, & Urine Testing

Drug Screen testing by appointment at Host Hotel 7/31/2026  The fee is $60 payable by cash at time of testing, Exact change would be appreciated. A scheduling link will be emailed to athletes closer to show day. Click HERE to schedule!

Music

Athletes who wish to use their own music for their individual performances must bring the CD to check-in on Friday night before the show. Please write your name on the CD, athlete number, and the song number you wish to be played.

Backstage Policy

Add backstage policies. Example: One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Add details about the competitor prep area Example: Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Coaches & Trainers Available During Checkin Only

Must purchase a backstage pass and admission ticket that will get you in the auditorium to view the show and back stage. Only 1 trainer allowed back stage. Coach tickets only available during checkin.
