Entry Fees & Deadlines

Entry fee(s) and any cutoff dates, such as when a late fee kicks in or last day to be able to enter is. Example: If entry is received by June 24th: Entry $100.00. Entry fee for each additional class $100.00. After June 24th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. July 20th is the last day entries will be accepted.

Figure: Debut, Teen, Novice, 35+, 45+, 55+, Open
Men's Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice master 40+, 50+, Open
Men's Classic Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, 40+, 50+ Open
Men's Bodybuilding: Debut, Teen, Novice, Master 40+, 50+ Open
Women's Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, Master 35+, Open
Women's Wellness: Debut, Teen, Novice Master 35+ Open
Bikini: Debut, Teen, Novice, Master 35+, Open

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it). (Remove mention of Debut if not offering that division)

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Crossovers

A crossover entry (amateur) is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Neither amateur or pro competitors may participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

The top 5 amateurs in each class will receive awards.

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be drug screened prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Drug Test Screenings

Drug Screen testing by appointment at Host Hotel 7/31/2026  The fee is $60 payable by cash at time of testing, Exact change would be appreciated. A scheduling link will be emailed to athletes closer to show day.

Music

Athletes who wish to use their own music for their individual performances must bring the CD to check-in on Friday night before the show. Please write your name on the CD, athlete number, and the song number you wish to be played.

Backstage Policy

Add backstage policies. Example: One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.
