TENTATIVE SHOW TIMES

All show times are tentative and may change based on the number of competitors in each division.

To improve traffic flow and spectator planning, the event will run in segments throughout the day.

If earlier segments finish ahead of schedule, later segments will not begin before their posted start times. If earlier segments run long, later segments may begin slightly later than anticipated.

Entry $100. Entry for Each additional class: $90
After 3/24/27, a late entry fee of $50 will apply to all entries. 4/18/27 is the last day that entries will be accepted.

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.


NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it)


TEEN: Competitors ages 16-19 (under 18 with parental consent)Athletes are encouraged to enter all of the divisions they are eligible for.

JUNIOR: Athletes ages 22 and under with proof of age on day of contest. *Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Parents must sign a consent form during check-in.

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. These will not be determined until all registration entries have been received.

Crossovers

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Debut division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Novice, Masters or Open division etc. and compete in it as well. Competitors may NOT participate in more than one category (Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men's Physique, Women's Physique, Figure, Wellness, Bikini) at any given show.

Awards

The top in every class 5 will receive a custom OCB Atlantic Super Show medallion. Pro qualifying divisions (masters and open) will receive trophies from Crown Trophy. Overall winners of pro cards will receive an elegant crystal trophy cup.

Amateur Eligibility

All competitors are required to hold a current OCB AMATEUR membership to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Drug Tests and Drug Screening

All competitors are required to be drug screened prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Format for Individual Presentations

INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATIONS

Competitors may perform individual presentations for additional stage time and photos.

These presentations:

  • Are NOT judged
  • Do NOT affect placements

Due to the size of this event:

  • Competitors will perform 2 poses only
  • House music will be used
  • Music submissions are NOT needed

Rosters and Classes

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show. This information will not be available until after all of the registrations are in and the promoter has had time to sort the classes.

Backstage Policy

Only 1 assistant per competitor is allowed backstage.

Backstage passes:

  • Cost $100
  • Must be purchased at check-in
  • Include general admission

IMPORTANT

Anyone backstage without a valid pass:

  • Will be removed immediately
  • Will not be allowed back in
  • Will cause the competitor they are assisting to be disqualified

SHOW DAY DETAILS & REMINDERS

Auditorium & Venue Rules

Competitors must be fully covered whenever entering auditorium seating areas.

Please help us protect the venue:

  • Avoid contact between tanning products and seating surfaces
  • Stay within designated paper/plastic-protected areas when tanning, oiling, or pumping up
  • Do not leave protected backstage prep areas while tanned or oiled

Venue personnel may issue fines for stained seating or damaged areas, so please be respectful of the facility and staff.

Food and drinks purchased at concessions are permitted inside the theater. Please dispose of trash properly.

Competitor Numbers

Competitors will receive 2 competitor number buttons during check-in and drug screening.

Placement:

  • One button should be worn on the rear center of suit bottoms
  • The second should be worn on the front left of suit bottoms
  • Wellness and Bikini competitors should place the front number on the side most visible in their primary front pose

Competitor numbers must be visible for:

  • Judging
  • Stage comparisons
  • Auditorium access
  • Backstage access

Door personnel may request to see your competitor number before entry into competitor areas.

On-Stage Comparisons

During group comparisons, the head judge may ask competitors to switch places on stage.

When your competitor number is called:

  • Raise your hand immediately
  • Move promptly to the directed position

This helps keep comparisons moving smoothly and accurately.

Competitors should also review all OCB category guidelines and mandatory poses on OCBonline.com before show day.

Arrival Recommendations

The venue will open at 8:00 AM on show day.

Competitors should arrive at least 60 minutes before their scheduled segment start time to:

  • Get familiar with the venue
  • Settle backstage
  • Prepare without rushing

Check-In Appointment Reminders

Drug screening and competitor check-in will both take place during your scheduled appointment time.

During check-in:

  • Competitor numbers will be distributed
  • Pre-purchased tickets will be distributed
  • OCB memberships will be verified
  • Photo/video forms will be collected (if applicable)

Backstage Access Policy

Only competitors and approved Trainer/Assistant pass holders may enter backstage areas.

Anyone backstage without proper credentials:

  • Will be removed from the venue
  • Will not be allowed to re-enter
  • May cause the competitor they are assisting to be disqualified

Only 1 Trainer/Assistant pass is permitted per competitor.
