The show will be live judged starting at 10 AM. Each class will begin with group comparisons/individual presentations followed by 20-minute intermission and finish with awards.
Adult General Admission (valid all day) $50. Children (under 12) FREE. Tickets are available for presale at www.essentialfitness.com through November 22nd at 7:00 PM EST. Competitors ONLY are allowed backstage. There will be plenty of space NOT backstage for your coaches to help assist you.Tickets are non-refundable. Cash and credit will be accepted the day of the event.
$90 for all entries postmarked (received) by 11/2/25, $140 for applications postmarked (received) after 11/03/25. Entry fees are non-refundable. For crossovers - $75 additional fee. (Crossovers are only permitted from Novice to Open to Masters in the same category). November 16th will be the last day we will accept entries.
Categories being offered are Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Women's Physique, Men's Bodybuilding, Men's Physique, Classic Physique, and Mixed Pairs.Amateur Divisions Offered: (Note the Promoters are willing to add divisions IF there is enough interest)Amateur Wellness: Age 35+, Novice, OpenAmateur Bikini: Novice, Age 35+, Age 50+, Open Amateur Figure: Novice, Age 35+, Age 50+, Open Amateur Men's Physique: Novice, Age 40+, OpenAmateur Men's Classic Physique: Novice, Open Amateur Men's Bodybuilding: Novice, Age 40+, Age 50+, Age 60+, OpenAmateur Women's Physique: Age 35+, OpenMixed Pairs. AMATEUR NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
When more than one class in a division, the class will be divided by height.
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding) at any given show.
The top 5 in each class will receive sculptured trophies.
Competitors participating in amateur divisions are required to hold current amateur OCB memberships to participate in this event. Competitors participating in pro divisions are required to hold current pro OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain either an amateur or a pro annual OCB membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.
All competitors are required to be drug screened prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
Drug screenings will be by appointment Friday November 21st from 11 AM - 8 PM, at the host hotel, HILTON GARDEN INN WOODBRIDGE. To schedule an appointment call Pam Spindel at 703-405-3036. The polygraph fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Test results are valid for other amateur OCB shows that are held within 3 weeks. Check-In will be held during drug screenings.

We will provide mirrors. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
There won't be a contestant briefing the day of the show. All information that would generally be provided is listed on this page, so please read everything carefully. Please refer to OCBonline.com for complete details of category guidelines. An email will also be sent out one week before the show. Everything you need to know will be provided there as well.

Stage photo coverage services will be available from Robert Thomas Photography. We will go over this in the competitor meeting and when the results are posted to www.essentialfitness.com after the show we will provide a link there for your photos as well.
Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices. NO TRIPODS. Please remember to tag Official OCB and @ocbmountrogers on social media!

Bodybuilders, Classic Physique and Women’s Physique must bring your own music on either a thumb drive or smartphone/60 sec max. Please have it cued to where you would like to start your routine. Figure, Bikini, and Men’s Physique will present to house music (our choice). If you have a request on house music please ask Reggie if he has it available. Profanity of any kind will not be permitted with your song. Make sure it’s clean.
Competitors are welcome to bring anyone of their choosing for hair & make-up services.
