OCB Mid-Atlantic Battle for the Belt

Tickets

Adult General Admission $50, Under Age 18 General Admission $20, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $80 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted. Tickets will be available for purchase online until 8/20. After then they will only be available for purchase at the door the day of the contest (cash only). Tickets are non-refundable.

Entry Fee & Deadlines

Amateur entry is received by July 15th, Entry $95. Entry fee for each additional class $85. After July 15th, an additional late entry fee of $75 applies. August 13th is the last day entries will be accepted. Entries are non-refundable.

Division Offerings

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. (Class breakdowns and the order of events will be supplied to competitors approximately a week before the event)

Crossovers

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

The top 5 amateurs in each class will receive awards.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to hold current OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Banned Substances & Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis testing.

Check-Ins / Drug Screening

There is a mandatory meeting at 9:30 AM on show day at the venue. There is no formal check-in. Drug screen testing by appointment Friday 8/21 from 9 AM to 8 PM at host hotel A scheduling link will be emailed to athletes closer to show date. 

INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATIONS

For the following divisions, Men's Physique, Figure, Wellness and Bikini, you can do a I -Walk to house music. Bodybuilding and Classic Physique, allowed to do 4 poses of your choice stage using our house music.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
