The schedule of events will take place over 8 segments to help ease flow of foot traffic over the course of the day, and to help with spectators planning to attend the event. Approximated times for each segment will be posted closer to the show. Should showtimes posted at that time for various segments not run as long as anticipated, subsequent segments will not be started prior to the final advertised starting time (for purposes of attendee planning). Should showtimes posted for various segments run longer than anticipated, subsequent segments may not begin until a little later than the final advertised times.

Tickets

Tickets will be available for purchase online through 11/12/26. After then they will only be available for purchase at check in s or at the door the day of the contest).

Trainer Pass $70 (Includes general admission and backstage access, only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage. One assistant max per competitor is permitted),

Fees: Registration $95, Crossovers: $70, PRO registration $295

LATE FEE will be added after 11/3/26. Final Day to enter is 10/26/26.

Applications will NOT be accepted after that.

All fees are non-refundable.

Categories

Categories being offered are Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Women's Physique, Bodybuilding, Men's Physique, and Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Division Offerings

PRO DIVISIONS: Men's Physique, Classic Physique, Women's Physique, Figure, Bikini **masters pros are eligible  
AMATEUR DIVISIONS: Bikini: Teen, Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)  Wellness: Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)  Figure: Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)  Men's Physique: Teen, Novice, Masters Age 40+(PQ), 50+, Open (PQ)  Classic Physique: Teen, Novice, Masters Age 40+(PQ), 50+, Open (PQ)  Men's Bodybuilding: Novice, Masters Age 40+(PQ), 50+, Open (PQ)  Women's Physique: Novice, Masters Age 35+(PQ), 45+, 55+, Open (PQ)  

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it)  Teen: Age 16-19. 

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A "crossover" pertains to entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and/or a Masters division and compete in those classes as well.  You can enter any number of division if applicable and you are eligible, but crossovers between categories (Women’s Physique, Bikini, Wellness, and Figure or between Men's Physique, Men’s Classic Physique and Men's Bodybuilding) will not be permitted. 

Awards

Pro cards will be awarded when class minimums are met. Trophies/Medals will be awarded to the top five placements in each class. Pros will be awarded guaranteed cash prizes: $1500 - 1st, $1000 - 2nd; $500 - 3rd pending urinalysis drug test results.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.  This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances Screening Methods

This is a 100% tested event. All competitors must be drug free for a period of 7 years. Please review the OCB Banned substances List. You, as a competitor, are responsible to know the effects that certain supplements may present. Just because you may have bought it over the counter does not mean it is acceptable in the OCB. Please research carefully. The Banned substances list, along with any exceptions, is posted on our website, www.OCBonline.com  Drug test screening cost is $60 and will be paid to the examiner at the time of the test.  Please note that you CAN NOT be under the influence of any drug or alcohol for minimum of 24 hours prior to drug testing. Photo identification is required. All competitors are subject to additional forms of testing, if requested, at the discretion and expense of the promoter.

Check-Ins/Drug Test Screenings

Check Ins, Tanning and Drug Testing will take place on Thursday and Friday, November 12th & 13th at the main host hotel Embassy Suites by Hilton USF - 3705 Spectrum Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612.

Tanning will be Fri per scheduled appointments.  

Drug Testing will be Thur & Fri per scheduled appointments.  

Check ins will be from 12-6pm Friday, (if you're arriving later please let me know so that I can wait for you).

Pros must undergo drug test screenings at every OCB show. All competitors will need to check-in even if the drug test has been waived due to prior testing (amateur screening completed within the past 3 weeks with an approved OCB examiner). Drug screening schedule will be emailed to all registered athletes 2 weeks out. It costs $60 due to the examiner in cash at the time of testing.  You'll be asked if you've read the updated banned substance list so make sure you've read it OCB Banned Substance List (ocbonline.com).  Please be aware that even though marijuana isn't banned, being under the influence of any drug or alcohol during your drug screening is prohibited. Please refrain from using it for 12hrs prior to your testing.

Music

HOUSE MUSIC WILL BE PLAYED FOR ALL CATEGORIES EXCEPT PRO CLASSIC PHYSIQUE AND PRO WOMEN'S PHYSIQUE. PRO Classic Physique and Women's Physique competitors can turn in their own music to be played for their routine (see Routines below for details) if they wish. Music must be turned in BEFORE peak week. No music will be accepted on the day of the show. MP3 files are to be emailed to tampanatural@glacierbodies.com before November 9th 2026. MUSIC WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER MON. NOV 9TH.

Backstage Policy

In order to limit crowding backstage, only one assistant per competitor will be allowed.  Note: All non-competitors will need to purchase a ticket for admission to the event with no exceptions.

Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices. But ust stay out of the way of the official photo/videographer and livestream crew

Spray Tanning and Make-up Services

ROUTINES

Amateurs get 30sec, Pros get 45sec, HOUSE MUSIC ONLY, EXCEPT FOR PRO CLASSIC PHYSIQUE AND WOMENS PHYSIQUE WITH ROUTINES they can pick their music or request house music. If it does not play you will have to pose to our music. Music can not contain any profanity. Costumes/props will be permitted but only if competitors can carry it on stage and it is in good taste. If a competitor chooses not to do an I-walk then he/she will just walk on stage after bio is read, do 1 pose and wave and walk off.
