Time & Format

The following times are tentative and could change depending on the number of entries in each division.

Men's Show Start time: 10:00 AM
Women's Show Start time: 1:15 PM 
The schedule of events will take place over 5 segments to help ease flow of foot traffic over the course of the day, and to help with spectators planning to attend the event.
Approximated times for each segment are listed below. Please plan accordingly and show up before your segment below. Group comparisons, individual presentations and awards will take place for each segment.
Segment 1: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Men's Bodybuilding and Men's Physique
Segment 2: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Men's Classic Physique
Short Intermission
Segment 3: 1:15 PM - 2:45 PM Women's Physique and Figure
Segment 4: 2:45 PM - 3:30 PM Women's Wellness
Segment 5: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM Bikini

Each division will consist of group comparisons, Individual posing routines, this will be followed by awards. Overalls will be done at the end of each segment / division. All categories except Bodybuilding & Womens Physique will walk in numerical order to house music for their individual presentations. The use of props is allowed for womens physique and bodybuilding and max time on stage should be 60 seconds to your own provided music, otherwise house music will be used.

Tickets

Adult General Admission $50, Under Age 12 General Admission $20, Coach or Assistant (backstage access): $115 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted. Online ticket sales will end April 29th. Afterwards, ticket sales can be purchased at the door, pricing may be increased at the door.
If you purchase tickets online, come to the ticket booth on the day of the show to received your wristband.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by March 21st: Entry $115. Entry fee for each additional class is $60. After March 21st, an additional late entry fee of $50 applies.
April 27th is the last day entries will be accepted. *REGISTRATIONS AND TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE*

Categories

Categories being offered are Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique.
Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Bikini: Junior, Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 35+ (PQ), Age 40+, Age 50+, Open,(PQ)
Womens Wellness: Junior, Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 35+ (PQ), Age 40+, Open (PQ)
Figure: Junior, Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 35+ (PQ), Age 40+, Open (PQ) 
Womens Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 35+ (PQ), Age 40+, Open (PQ)
Mens Physique: Junior, Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ)
Mens Classic Physique: Junior, Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ)
Mens Bodybuilding: Junior, Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ)

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization. NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides teen) within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it.

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well.
Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class. Awards to include customized medals for all athletes and other trophies such as sculptures.
Tiaras will be presented to the overall winner in open class for all womens categories
OCB Pro Cards will be awarded in Open (minimum 5 athletes) and Masters classes (minimum 3).
OCB Pro Card status will be awarded to overall division winners of Men's Bodybuilding Open, Classic Physique Open, Men's Physique Open, Women's Physique Open, Wellness, Figure & Bikini Open. OCB MASTERS PRO Card status will be presented to 1st Place winners of: Women's age 35+ divisions and Men's 40+ divisions.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to complete a drug screening prior to competing at the host hotel the day before the event.
In addition, all overall winners from the Open Division are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of their segment for urinalysis. 

Check-Ins/Drug Test Screenings

Drug screen information will be emailed out 2-weeks before the event. Drug screen is by appointment only and conducted at the host Hotel the day before the show on Friday.
The exam fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated.
Polygraph results are valid for other OCB shows held within three weeks. All athletes are required to check in at the host hotel between 4-6pm on the Friday before the event.

The location will take place within the conference room at the Host Hotel This meeting is where final check ins will take place and competitor buttons, shirts, free products from our sponsors etc will be received.

Music

If competing in the Bodybuilding or Women's Physique category, then please send the music mp3 or m4a file as an email attachment to michiganocb@gmail.com. Music must not contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitor 5-days before the event then house music will be used. If needed, mp3 files of songs can be purchased from Amazon.com for around $1, downloaded, and then emailed as a file attachment. All music must be sent as a digital file. Competitors can send complete songs if they wish, the music would just be faded out after the stage walk is finished. When sending music, state whether the music should start after you get set on stage, or before you come out. NOTE: individual posing routines will be no longer than 60 seconds.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access. If anyone is found backstage without a Trainer/Assistant's ticket, they will be escorted out of the building, will not be allowed to re-enter, and the competitor they were assisting will be disqualified from the contest. Coaches pass can be purchased online or at the ticket counter the day of the show.

Competitor Prep Area

Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors.  Bands will be provided

Competitors interested in professional stage & backstage photos should pre-order.
