Time & Format

The show will begin at 10:00 AM for Men. Women start at 12:00pm, both sessions will start with group comparisons following individual presentations, and then awards. 

Tickets

Adult general admission $40

Under age 12 General Admission $10

Backstage pass- Assistant (general admission plus backstage access) $80 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare backstage).

Assistant passes are only available for purchase at athlete check-in.

One assistant max per competitor is permitted.

Tickets will be available for purchase online through 08/29/2026. After then they will only be available for purchase at the door the day of the contest, cash or Venmo only. 

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by August 16th: Entry $90

Entry fee for each additional class $70

After August 16th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies.

August 23rd is the last day entries will be accepted.

Categories

Categories being offered are:

Bodybuilding, Men's Physique, Men's Classic Physique. Women's Physique, Figure, Wellness, Bikini. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a time. 

Division Offerings

Men's Bodybuilding: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open

Men's Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, 40+, Open

Men's Classic Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, 40+, Open

Women's Physique: Debut, Teen, Novice, 35+, Open

Figure: Debut, Teen, Novice, 35+, 50+, Open

Wellness: Debut, Teen, Novice, 35+, Open

Bikini: Debut, Novice, 35+, 50+, Open

Classes

When more than one class in a division, the classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. 

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women's Physique, Bodybuilding, Men's Physique, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class. If there is more than one class in a division the winner of each class will then do a pose down against each other for the overall winner. Overalls will only be done is Novice, Masters (4O+ men/35+ women) and Open. 

Eligibility

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event cut off date. Memberships can be purchased on http://www.OCBonline.com.

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be drug tested prior to competing. In addition, all winners  are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-Ins/Drug Test Screenings

Check ins will be by appointment 09/04/2026 @Mindful Recovery. 26 Exchange Street, Holliston, MA 01746.  
The drug screen/ polygraph fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please schedule your appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day. Please schedule Here: TBD. Polygraph test link will be provided closer to the show. 

Music

All competitors for Bodybuilding, Men's Classic Physique, and Women's Physique are to send their routine/stage walk music as an email attachment to (tmannocb@gmail.com). I will be using Spotify. Music must not to contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitors in the Categories above by 08/23/2026 then house music will be used for them the day of the event. Competitors can send complete songs if they wish, the music would just be faded out after the stage walk/routine is finished. For Bodybuilding, Men's Classic Physique and Women's Physique, when sending music please know the music will be starting when you are on stage. So plan your music accordingly. If you want it to start at a certain part of the song just include start time and you will have 30 seconds. A 30 second stage walk/ routine  to house music will apply to Men's Physique, Figure, Wellness, and Bikini.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be allowed in the prep area for use in preparing to go on stage. Only bands, no weights are allowed side stage to pump up with when your lined up.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices

OCB Eastern America Championships (Pro Qualifier)

This contest is an OCB Pro Qualifier for the Open and Masters when minimum entries are met. This is one of the last shows to qualify for the Yorton Cup.
