July 25Athlete registration and check-in will take place on-site at the event venue from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. All athletes are required to complete check-in within this time window.
July 26 – Show DayThe show will begin at 9:00 AM.A short break is scheduled from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM, with the morning session running until 1:00 PM.A lunch break will follow from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
The afternoon session will resume at 2:00 PM, with a short break from 4:30 PM to 4:45 PM.The event is expected to conclude around 6:00 PM.
The running order of the classes will be finalized and communicated to athletes after registration closes.Registrations normally close 7 days before the show (Sunday, July 21) to allow balanced distribution of classes between the morning and afternoon sessions.
Awards will be presented at the conclusion of each class.
The ticket purchase link will be released at a later date. All updates and details will be communicated through our official channels.
Tickets will also be available for purchase directly at the venue on both the athlete check-in day and the competition day.

Debut EligibilityFirst competition ever. Competitors must not have previously competed in any category with any organization.
Novice EligibilityCompetitors must not have placed first in any class (excluding Teen) in any division, category, or organization.Exception: first place achieved in a class with only one competitor.
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.
All athletes will receive a custom OCB medal. All athletes placing in the Top 3 will receive a customize medal. All class winners will receive a trophy, prizes offered by the event sponsors, and additional prizes provided by the promoters. Class winners will also compete in the Overall. All Overall winners will be awarded with additional prizes provided by the promoters.
All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners and top 3 in each pro class are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
Check-In & Drug ScreeningBy appointment on July 25, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at the host competition venue.
Appointment SchedulingThe booking link will be sent two weeks prior to the show. Only registered athletes will receive access to the link.
Testing Fee$60 — cash only, payable at the time of testing. Exact change is appreciated.
If you are also scheduling a spray tanning session on the same day, please ensure your testing appointment is booked beforehand.
Routine Music Submission
Competitors in Classic Physique, Women’s Physique, and Bodybuilding must submit their routine music via the dedicated form, which will be provided after athlete registration.
Music Requirements
Accepted formats: MP3 or M4A
Files must be submitted digitally
Music must not contain profanity
If music is not received by the specified deadline, house music will be used on the day of the event.
Competitors may submit a full song if preferred; the track will be faded out after the stage walk.

Each athlete may be accompanied backstage by a maximum of two people. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.
In the prep area, resistance bands, dumbbells, and mirrors will be available for all athletes. However, everyone is free to bring their own equipment if they prefer.
The link containing all the information about the photography service packages and booking procedures will be sent to all registered athletes two weeks before the show.
Photo & Video Policy
The use of professional photo or video equipment inside the auditorium is strictly prohibited. Only smartphones and tablets are permitted.
The entire event will be covered by the official event photographers and videographers, clearly identifiable by T-shirts and badges labeled “Official Photographer.”
They are the only individuals authorized to use professional cameras or video equipment inside the venue.
