The schedule of events will take place over 5 segments to help ease flow of foot traffic over the course of the day, and to help with spectators planning to attend the event. Approximated times for each segment are listed below. Should showtimes posted at that time for various segments not run as long as anticipated, subsequent segments will not be started prior to the final advertised starting time (for purposes of attendee planning). Categories being offered are Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.TRANSFORMATION:Allowed for both men and womenAll athletes should submit a BIO form which will be sent out to all Transformation athletes a couple weeks before the show.This form will include your weight loss and transformation journey details which will be announced during your stage walk.Athletes attire is open for this division. A suit, shorts & sports bra, board shorts & T-shirt are all acceptable.Athletes will all come out on stage as a group and then also have the opportunity to perform an individual stage walk.This division is NOT judged against others. This is purely a way to showcase your journey to the stage as an individualAll athletes will receive a very nice custom medal.Please note that contestants may “Crossover” into another category if desired.

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it)
TEEN: Competitors ages 16-19 (under 18 with parental consent)
JUNIOR: Age 22 and under. *under age 18 with parental consent.
Athletes are encouraged to enter all of the divisions they are eligible for.
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. These will not be determined until all registration entries have been received.Classes will be split into multiple classes when more than 10 competitors are registered in a class. Classes will be added continuously so no more than 10 competitors will be in a class.
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may NOT participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.
Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class. Awards include OCB medals, custom show medals, and Beautiful Sculptures. Tiaras will be presented to the overall winner in the Open class for women’s categories.
OCB Pro Cards will be awarded in Open divisions (minimum 5 athletes) and Masters classes (minimum 3 athletes).
OCB Pro Card status will be awarded to overall division winners of the Open divisions: Men’s Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Women’s Physique, Wellness, Figure, and Bikini Open.
OCB Masters Pro Card status will be presented to 1st place winners of Women’s Age 35+ divisions and Men’s Age 40+ divisions.
All competitors are required to hold a current OCB AMATEUR membership to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.
All competitors are required to be drug screen tested prior to competing. This will take place at the host hotel on Thursday and/or Friday the day before the eventIn addition, all OCB overall winners in the open and masters classes are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of your division for urinalysis. If you do not provide a urine specimen after the event, you will NOT be eligible for a PRO card.
Drug screen information will be emailed one week before the event. Exams are by appointment only and will be conducted at the host hotel the day before the show, on Friday. The fee is $60, payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change is appreciated. Results are valid for other OCB shows held within three weeks.
Athlete Check-In: All athletes are required to check in at the host hotel between 4:00–6:00 PM on Friday before the event. Check-in will take place in the conference room at the host hotel.
If competing in the Bodybuilding or Women’s Physique category, please send your music in MP3 or M4A format as an email attachment to michiganocb@gmail.com. Music must not contain any profanity. If music is not received for a competitor within the week of the show, house music will be used on the day of the event.
MP3 files of songs can be purchased from Amazon.com for around $1, downloaded, and emailed as a file attachment. All music must be sent as a digital file. Competitors may send complete songs if they wish; the music will be faded out after the stage walk is finished. When sending music, indicate whether it should start after you are set on stage or before you come out.
NOTE: Individual posing routines must be no longer than 60 seconds. (This presentation routine is optional)

One assistant per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a Trainer/Assistant ticket, which provides general admission and backstage access. Anyone found backstage without a Trainer/Assistant ticket will be escorted out, denied re-entry, and the competitor they were assisting will be disqualified from the contest.
Bands will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own pump up equipment and mirrors as well.
Competitors interested in professional stage or backstage photos should pre-order through Drew Graham the official photographer. Photos can also be ordered at check-in on Friday or on the day of the show.
