*SPECIAL* MILITARY, FIRE/RESCUE, POLICE, EMT DISCOUNTED PRICE: $40 (ID will be required at will call)

Tickets will be available for purchase online through August 20, 2025. After then they will only be available for purchase at the door the day of the contest, CASH PREFERRED, but Venmo/Cash App will be available with a service fee).

Entry Fees & Deadlines

EARLY REGISTRATION is $100 and crossovers are an additional $65.

On July 19, 2025, a late fee of $60 will apply to all registrations.

August 17, 2025 is the last day to register, no exceptions. **All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE**

Divisions & Class Offerings

Crossover Entries (entering more than one division)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to cross over into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to hold current OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Purchase a Membership. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Banned Substances & Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be drug tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-Ins/Drug Screenings

Athletes must report to the host hotel to check-in for the contest and take a drug screen exam. Check-ins and testing will take place TBD at the host hotel. The exam is $60 and is payable at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please try to schedule your appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.  Test results are valid for other amateur OCB shows that are held within 3 weeks.

Routines

Athletes will have 30 seconds to perform an optional "I" walk or routine. Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women's Physique ONLY may bring a special cut of music on a Flash Drive to be given to the DJ on show day. ALL other categories will use House Music, however, you MAY request a specific song by stopping by the DJ booth on show day. If he has it he will play it.

Roster/Classes

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday before the show.

Backstage Policy

ONE (1) assistant/trainer per competitor allowed- NO EXCEPTIONS! Every assistant/trainer MUST buy a Trainers Ticket which is good for General Admission and back stage access. *Please Note: Trainer tickets are non transferable and non refundable.

Competitor Prep Area

Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment, fans, and mirrors as well.

Stage Photography Coverage

Competitors interested in professional stage photos should pre-order. Drew Graham is the area’s premier fitness photographer. Based out of Youngstown, Ohio, he has had competitors travel from Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Columbus for his shoots. He focuses on capturing competitors in the peak of their poses, when they're turned at the angle that shows them at their best. Stage photos can be ordered at check in or day of the show. Video Recording Policy
