OCB Bay Area Championships (Pro Qualifier*)
OCB pro qualifier when minimum entries are met in the Open and Masters 35+/40+ age divisions.

Time and Format
Doors will open for the public at 930am. Show will start at 10am with the Men's Division. Individuals and awards will be given to all men's categories. Followed by a 15 min intermission. Afterward will be all female divisions to include individuals and awards for all female categories.

General Admission: $40 (*kids under 12 years old $15)

(If applicable: Tickets will be available for purchase online through 06/26/25. After then they will only be available for purchase at the door the day of the contest).
Entry Fees and Deadlines
Before June 14th: Entry Fee $130; Crossover Fee $80
After June 14th, an additional $50 late fee will apply to all registrations. Deadline to enter is June 24th.
Categories and Division Offerings
Categories being offered are Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Bikini: Debut, Novice, Age 35+(3+PQ), Age 45+, Open (5+PQ)
Wellness: Debut, Novice, Open (5+PQ), Age 35+ (3+PQ)
Figure: Debut,Novice, Age 35+ (3+PQ), Age 45+, Open (5+PQ)
Men’s Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+ (3+PQ), Age 50+, Open (5+PQ)
Men’s Classic Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+ (3+PQ), Age 50+, Open (5+PQ)
Men’s Bodybuilding: Debut, Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+ (3+PQ), Open (3+PQ)
Women’s Physique: Open (3+PQ)
DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization.
Classes
Details about how classes will be split for divisions that will have more than one class will be determined after registration closes.
Crossover Entries (entering more than one division)
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique & Men's Physique) at any given show.
Awards
The top 5 will receive custom OCB Bay Area Championship medals. All amateur competitors outside from the top 5 winners will receive our OCB medals. Those who win their Pro Card, will receive a special award.
Eligibility
All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substance Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be drug tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners and top 3 in each pro class are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
Check-Ins
All competitors must check-in at the Venue, FRIDAY June 27th. Check-in tasks consist of distributing competitor number buttons, purchasing/picking up advance tickets, turning in photo order forms (if applicable), verifying paperwork, etc. If you do not check-in, we will assume you are not competing. Check-ins are from 3-7pm ONLY.

Drug Screenings
Please contact your examiner (Text Only) at (949) 350-3453. Drug screens are by appointment only and it will be at the host hotel. The fee is $60 and is payable at the time of scheduling an appointment. YOU MUST COMPLETE your drug screen before check-ins.
Backstage Policy
One backstage coach pass (max) per competitor is allowed backstage. Your coach must purchase a backstage pass ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.
Competitor Prep Area
Please take extra precautions to care for the venue and keep it as clean as possible. Do NOT touch the walls and do NOT stray from protected areas. Mirrors will be available. We will provide bands to pump up. Athletes are welcome to bring their own.
Video Recording Policy
Competitors and friends/family are welcome to record from their cellphones. No professional photography equipment allowed. Bay Area Championships will have a professional photographer at the venue.

Tanning should be scheduled after your polygraph. Follow all of the skin prep instructions!
Location: Please confirm the tanning location with Shawn when making your appointment.
Other tanning vendors are NOT permitted on the premises and will be escorted out! Spray Tanning services are all available by appointment.
BOOK Tanning EARLY! Do not leave tanning at the last minute.

Music
Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique and Women's Physique are to send their routine music mp3 file as an email attachment to ocbpromoterbayarea@gmail.com. Music must not contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitors by August 21st, house music will be used instead if you did not send your song on time. If needed, mp3 files of songs can be purchased from Amazon.com for around $1, downloaded, and then emailed as a file attachment. All music must be sent as a digital file. When sending music, state whether the music should start after you get set on stage, or before you come out.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for registration and/or ticket purchases.
