Times & Format

The schedule of events will take place over 3 segments to help ease flow of foot traffic over the course of the day, and to help with spectators planning to attend the event. Approximated times for each segment are listed below. NOTE: Times may be slightly adjusted in the event of a segment going over. However, we will not begin any events earlier than posted.

Segment 1: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Amateurs Men's Bodybuilding, Physique and Men's Classic Physique
Segment 2: 12:30 PM - 2:30PM Women’s Pro Women's Physique, Wellness, Bikini and Figure
Segment 3: 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM Amateurs Women's Physique, Bikini, Wellness and Figure

10:00a.m. Pre-judging & Finals Men’s Show: Adult General Admission $50, 5-12 10 years old General Admission $25.rnAssistant Ticket/Back Stage Pass: $100 (Must be 16 years or older). Assistant tickets are good for general admission seating as well.
12:30 pm Pre-Judging & Finals Pro Women's Show: Adult General Admission $50, Under 10 years old General Admission $25. Assistant Ticket/Backstage Pass: $100.
2:30 pm Pre-Judging & Finals Pro Women's Show: Adult General Admission $50, Under 10 years old General Admission $25. Assistant Ticket/Backstage Pass: $100.
All Day Pass for all 3 shows: Adult General Admission $100, 5-12 years old General Admission $50.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

Pro Entry Fees & Deadlines: If entry is received by 15 Aug 2025: Entry $275. After 15 Aug, late entry fee of $100 applies. 1 Sep, 2025 is the last day entries will be accepted.
Amateur Entry Fees & Deadlines: If entry is received by 15 Aug 2025: Entry $100. Entry fee for each additional class is $70. After 15 Aug, a late entry fee of $100 applies.
1 Sept 2025 is the last day entries will be accepted.

MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDERS: DoD card holders only: Active, Dependent, Retired, Guard and Reserve and dependents---First Responders: Police, Fire Fighters, EMT, Nurses
TEEN: Must be between the age of 16-19 the day of the show! Parental waiver must be completed by guardian at check in Friday 6 Sept.
DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First time ever competing in a bodybuilding competition.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Crossover Entries

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

The top 5 in each class will receive awards.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please purchase by 4 Sep 2025. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Check-Ins/Drug Screenings

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

The Drug Screening fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Results are valid for other OCB shows held within 3 weeks.

Check in will be at the from 11am -7pm at the Host Hotel. You will receive numbers, prepaid for wrist bands and further instructions at that time. EVERYONE MUST CHECKIN ON FRIDAY 5 SEPT.

Music

Due to the size of this event, in order to allow all contestants to have an opportunity to participate in the individual presentations segment, competitors will be introduced with bio and take the stage to house music. Athletes will walk to the center of the back of the stage (there will be an "X" marking the spot), strike one pose of their choice, walk to front center stage (there will be an "X" marking the spot), strike four poses of their choice, then exit. House music will be played for appx 30 secs.
PROS ONLY ARE ALLOWED 60 secs and can provide their own music.

Stage Photography Coverage

The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Those who preorder will receive the package discount. To order, competitors will have the opportunity to fill out a form at check-ins/polygraph.

There WILL NOT be a contestant briefing the day of the show. All information is provided on this page. However, we will answer any question needed and give updated information at check-in the day before the show at the host hotel.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket ($70), which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices. No flash please
