10:30 am start time. Event will run through all Men categories first (Group judging, individual presentations, awards, intermission), then all Women categories will start at 1 pm (Group judging, individual presentations, awards). NO NIGHT SHOW
Tickets
CASH ONLY at the door, day of show for all ticket sales (except backstage passes)
Full Day: $65
General Admission: $40 per section
Under Age 12: Free
Age 12-18 General Admission: $20 per section
Military (w/ ID at the door via cash only!) $30 per section, $55 full-day
Trainer/Assistant: $80 (only available at check ins)
*Backstage Passes - Only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare backstage. General admission Plus backstage access. One trainer/assistant max per competitor is permitted. Tickets are good for all portions of the event.
*Show Tickets are non-refundable. Backstage Passes will NOT be sold the day of the show. Passes can be purchased via Venmo or with cash at check-ins only.
Entry Fees & Deadlines
Competitor entry fee is $100 before September 25th and increases to $130 after that. To avoid a late fee, register before September 25th 2025.
Fee for each additional class, known as a crossover entry, will be $60. Entry deadline is October 19th 2025. A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, and Classic Physique) at any given show.
Fees are non-refundable.
Categories
Categories being offered are Women’s: Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Physique and Men’s: Bodybuilding, Physique, Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.
Amateur Division Offerings
Bikini: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 35+, Open
Figure: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 35+, Open
Men’s Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men’s Classic Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men’s Bodybuilding: Novice, Age 40+, Open
Women’s Physique: Novice, Open
Women’s Wellness: Debut, Novice, Open
DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
Classes
When there are more than 7 entrees per category, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. There are no weight classes for Classic Physique.
Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.
Eligibility
All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com
Banned Substances Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be drug screen tested prior to competing.
Check-Ins/Drug Screenings
Check-ins will take place at the Host Hotel on Friday, October 24th from 3-6 pm.
Drug Screening: Friday, October 24th 2025, by appointment at the host hotel. The sign-up link will be sent 2 weeks prior to the show, you must be registered to receive the link. All competitors are required to be tested prior to competing. The exact room number for testing will be provided at check in. The fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Results are valid for other OCB shows held within THREE weeks.
Medical Exemptions: These must be done at least 10 days prior to the event. Please research any and ALL meds you are on against the WADA list to ensure you do not need an exemption. Find the form on the OCB Website.
Music
All competitors for every category (if they desire to do an individual routine) are to send their routine/stage walk music mp3 or m4a file as an email attachment to (ocbnebraska@gmail.com). You will be sent out additional instructions closer to show on how to do this. Music must not contain any profanity, please keep it clean! If music is not received for any competitors by Oct 19, house music will be used for them the day of the event. All music must be sent as a digital file. Competitors can send complete songs if they wish, the music would just be faded out after the stage walk is finished. You will have up to 60 seconds for your routine so please clip your music accordingly.

Backstage Policy
One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access. Teen parents get 1 free backstage pass.
Competitor Prep Area
Light weights, bands and mirrors will NOT be provided. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors.
