OCB West Coast Warrior (Pro Qualifier*)

Pro cards will be awarded when minimum entries are met in the Open (5 or more) and Masters (3 or more) Age Classes.
*Women's Physique Open and Mens Bodybuilding Open only require (3 or more)
*Masters Age Classes are: 35+ for women, 40+ men.

Men show start time: 10:00 am.
Women show start time: 1:00 pm
Show will run straight thru.
Each category will do judging, presentation, and awards in this order: Mens: Bodybuilding (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Classic Physique (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Mens Physique (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Womens: Physique (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Figure (Judging, Presentations, Awards)
Wellness (Judging, Presentations, Awards)

Tickets

Tickets: $50 adults and 13yr or older. $20 children 12yr old and younger. (children 2yr and younger free). $40 Seniors 60 and older. Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $80 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted.
Tickets will be available for purchase online, and for purchase at the door the day of the contest.
SHOW TICKETS are non refundable. Online ticket sales end Fri OCT 17. After that, remaining tickets will be available for purchase at check-ins or at the door by CASH/VENMO/PAYPAL

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by Sep 1st 2025: Entry $110. Entry fee for each additional class $75. After Sep 1st an additional late entry fee of $60 applies. Oct 12th is the last day entries will be accepted. (Additional classes can be added at the athlete check-in). Entry fees are non refundable unless show is canceled.

Categories being offered are: and Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique, and Men’s Physique. Women’s Physique, Figure, Wellness,  Bikini, Inspirational
*Inspirational category is non-judged category for male and female competitors who wish to showcase any hardships/struggles/challenges they have overcome with the help of natural bodybuilding. Short 30sec bio and routine will be included, with awards for all. Registration fee still applies for this category
*Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.
*Promoter reserves the right to add/drop divisions or classes depending on entries received.

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in ANY category with ANY organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in ANY class (besides Teen), within ANY division, within ANY category, with ANY organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
Teen Divisions: It is mandatory for parents/guardians to sign a waiver during check-in AND MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class. Thor Hammers, Tiaras and additional prizes will be awarded to Procard winners.

Eligibility

All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be drug screen tested prior to competing. In addition, any competitor may be selected for random urinalysis testing

Check-Ins/Drug Screenings

Check ins will be held at the host hotel Fri Oct 17th from 1-5p. Drug screens are by appointment at the host hotel; link to drug screen: TBD To schedule an appointment, (details for how to schedule). The fee is $60 CASH and is payable at the time of testing. Please schedule your appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.

Music

House music will be played for all individual presentations (routines/stage walks) for Figure, Bikini, Wellness, & Men’s Physique.
Inspirational, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique & Women's Physique have the option of using their own music for individual routines. Send music mp3 file as an email attachment to isterabadi@gmail.com. Music must not contain any profanity or will be deleted. If music is not received for competitor by Oct 12th, house music will be used for them the day of the event. All music must be sent as a digital file. NOTE: individual posing routines will be no longer than 30sec

ROUTINES

Individual presentations/routines will be 30 sec or less, and are optional. They may be a “T walk”, “I walk”, or simple choice of a few poses. Any use of props or costumes to be cleared with promoter first please.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. The promoter will provide some bands and light dumbbells but we highly recommend bringing your own to ensure you have pump up equipment. Be respectful of every athlete and their space.

Photography Coverage

TBA-Order forms with details about coverage will be available at show check-ins.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to take pictures and videos, but no professional photography/ videography allowed during show besides the designated show videographer/ photographer.
