Tentative Show Times
The following times are tentative and could change depending on the number of entries in each division.
Men's Show Start time: 10:00 AM
Women's Show Start time: 1:30 PM
The schedule of events will take place over 5 segments to help ease flow of foot traffic over the course of the day, and to help with spectators planning to attend the event. Approximated times for each segment are listed below. Should showtimes posted at that time for various segments not run as long as anticipated, subsequent segments will not be started prior to the final advertised starting time (for purposes of attendee planning). Should showtimes posted for various segments run longer than anticipated, subsequent segments may not begin until a little later than the final advertised times.

Segment 1: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Men's Bodybuilding and Men's Classic Physique
Segment 2: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Men's Physique
Segment 3: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM Women's Physique and Figure
Segment 4: 2:30 PM - 4:00PM Women's Wellness
Segment 5: 4:00PM - 6:00 PM Bikini
Tickets Available Online Through June 1st - Coach Tickets Only Available During Checkin
Adult General Admission (valid all day) $40. Child (ages 6-16) General Admission (valid all day) $20. Ages 5 & Under Free
Trainer/Assistant ticket: $80 (for those helping a competitor prepare backstage - one trainer max per competitor is permitted. Good all day for general admission and backstage access.
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets will be sold during check ins and at the venue on show day. **Only cash will be accepted for tickets on day of the event**
Entry Fees & Deadlines
If entry received by May 24: $100. After May 24th, a $75 late fee will apply. The last day to register is June 12th. Crossover entry into additional classes is $100 per class. Walk-in entries will not be accepted the day of the event. Polygraph Exam $60 (payable to the examiner at the time of scheduling). OCB Membership must be purchased in advance by 6/21/25 at OCBonline.com. A current OCB membership will be required at registration. All fees non-refundable.

Women's Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 50+, Age 35+ (PQ), Open (PQ)
Bikini: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 35+(PQ), Age 40+, 45+, Age 50+, Open (PQ)
Figure: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 35+(PQ), Age 40+, 45+, Age 50+, Open (PQ)

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
DEBUT ELGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.<
Crossover Entries (entering more than 1 division)
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.
Awards
OCB medals and/or swords will be awarded to the top 5 in every class. OCB Pro card winners will receive a special sword.
Eligibility
All competitors are required to hold current OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.
Banned Substances and Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be drug test screened prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
Check-Ins and Drug Test Screenings
Check-In/Drug Test Screenings will be Friday June 27th from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the host hotel.
The drug test screening fee is $60 and is payable at the time of scheduling an appointment.A scheduling link will be emailed to athletes closer to show day.
**OPTIONAL** Individual Presentations
Contestants will have an opportunity to participate in 30 second individual presentations. Competitors will be introduced by name and number only, and take the stage to house music. Presentations are optional and are not factored into placements

Rosters/Classes
A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.
Backstage Tickets Only Available During Checkin
One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. A trainer/assistant ticket must be purchased, which is good for both general admission and back stage access - cost $80. It may be purchased at check-in.
Competitor Prep Area
Please take extra precautions to care for the venue and keep it as clean as possible. Do NOT touch the walls and do NOT stray from protected areas. Mirrors will be available. However, athletes will need to bring their own equipment to pump-up.
Stage Photography Coverage
The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Those who pre-order have a lot more photos taken of them. To order, competitors should print and hand in a completed form at event check-ins/polygraph.
Video Recording Policy
Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices. However, large tripods or equipment that obstructs walkways or the view of spectators, staff, and judges is not permitted.
Spray Tanning
Athletes must pay in advance in order to book their appointments. Tanning will take place at the host hotel on Friday. Tanning touch up on show day will take place at the venue! Competitor Meeting
There will NOT be a competitor meeting on the day of the show. An email will be sent to all competitors during peak week with a roster and specifics regarding the event.
