This show is an OCB Pro Qualifier: Overall winners in Open, Masters Age 35+/40+
Pro Cards will be awarded in Open and Masters classes when minimum entries are met.

Time
Show starts at 9am and will run through with only a short intermission. The show is a short format. There is no night show.
Drug Testing
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the Drug Testing Guidelines in order to participate. Competitors should review these procedures and the list of banned substances at www.ocbonline.com
Drug Testing: Conducted at host hotel, see below for exact location. All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition any pro card winners are required to provide urine specimens immediately after the event for urinalysis testing. Photo identification must be shown prior to polygraph tests and at the time of urine specimen collections. Any competitor not polygraph tested or any above referenced pro card winner not supplying a urine specimen immediately after the contest will be subject to disqualification.
Membership
All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. Membership forms and online registration options can be found on OCBonline.com at the top of the Upcoming Events/Schedule page, or membership can be obtained at check-in for the event. Cost is $115 for the annual membership.

Men's Bodybuilding: Heroes, Debut, Novice, Open, 40+, 50+
Men's Classic Physique: Open
Men's Physique: Heroes, Debut, Novice, Open, 40+
Bikini: Heroes, Open, Novice, Debut, 35+, 45+
Wellness: Heroes, Debut, Novice, Open, 35+, 45+
Figure: Heroes, Novice, Debut, Open, 35+, 45+
Women's Physique: Heroes, Novice, Open, 35+
Number of classes for each division will be based on the number of entries in each class. Promoter reserves the right to add or drop classes based on number of entries.
Classes
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. (Class breakdowns and the order of events will be supplied to competitors the day of the event).
Crossovers
A "crossover" is entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Figure Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Figure Open division and compete in it as well. Crossovers between the Figure, Bikini and Women’s Physique categories are not permitted.
Awards
Awards for top 5 placements in each class and overalls for any split classes.
Entry Fees & Deadlines
Entry Deadline: On-line will close 5/4/24. Please Note: NO Entries will be accepted after 5/4/24 no exceptions.
Fees: Early registration Discount entry $65, crossover $39 until 12/31/2023 after 1/1/2024 Entry $79, Crossover Entry $39 for each additional class.
Online entries will be $79 entry and $39 per crossover . After 4/27/24: Entry $99, Crossover Entry $69 for each additional class. Fees non-refundable. OCB Membership: $115 (if not already a current member). Polygraph screening $60 (Polygraph fee not refunded if not passing and is paid directly to the examiner, cash only).

Check-Ins & Polygraphs
Will be done at the host hotel, Holliday Inn 1127 Iyannough Rd Hyannis MA on Friday, May 10 from 9:00am till 7pm at the host hotel listed below. (times subject to change) To schedule the drug testing go to the OCB website and look under the Spirit of America under upcoming events and schedule your appointment on the link provided on the information page. All contestants are encouraged to check in the day before the show

None. See attached memorandum for contest day information.
Backstage Policy
One assistant max per competitor allowed, assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.
Pump-Up Area
There is an ample area back stage for use in pumping up before going on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors; however, due to school rules no heavy equipment will be provided by the promoters.

Show Format
Each division will consist of group comparisons, Individual posing routines, this will be followed by awards. Overalls will be done at the end of each division.
Bikini and figure stage walks in numerical order to house music. Bodybuilding posing, classic physique and women’s physique 30 seconds individual posing routine to their music. Please email music to ocb@gmail.com no later than 5/6/24 and use of props is allowed.

Tickets
Adult general Admission $50, Under 10 Admission $10. Assistant Ticket/Back Stage Pass: $70 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage. One assistant max per competitor is permitted. Assistant tickets are good for general admission and back stage access).
