The following show times are tentative and may change closer to the show based on number of athletes registered in specific categories, COVID guidelines:
Segment 1: Men's Show Start time: 9:30 AM (Amateur BB, Classic Physique, and Physique)
Segment 2: Men's Pro Show Start Time 12:30 PM (Pro Bodybuilding, Pro Classic Physique, and Pro Physique)
Segment 3: Women's Show Start time: 3:30 PM (Amateur Women's Physique, Figure, And Bikini)
If a previous segment runs late, we may start late, but we will not start any segments early. rn

Tickets will be available for purchase online until May 10. After May 10 tickets can be purchased at athlete check in or at the door. Cash is preferred. There will be a $2.00 per ticket convenience charge for cards at check in and at the door.
Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $80 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare backstage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted.

*Pro Cards will be awarded in the open and 35+/40+ divisions.
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
Debut: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
Novice: Cannot have placed first in any class besides Teen, within any division, within any category, with any organization or at any independent event, with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class where the competitor was the only one in the class.
Open: Open to everyone regardless of age and level of experience.
Age: Age as of day of contest must fall within the stipulated age range (Ex: Age 50 & Over).
Amateur Classes: When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
Pro Classes: When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. In the event there is more than one class of pro competitors the top 3 athletes in each class will go head to head to determine the top 3 overall winners. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 overall athletes.
A crossover entry (amateur) is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Neither amateur or pro competitors may participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.
Amateur divisions - The top 5 in each class will receive swords, overall winners receive a shield.
The top 3 overall pro men in each division will receive a guaranteed cash payout: $1,000 - 1st place; $750 - 2nd place; $250 - 3rd place.
Competitors participating in amateur divisions are required to hold current amateur OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain either an amateur OCB membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com. All fees are non-refundable.
Drug Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
By appointment Thursday, May 19 TBD and Friday, May 20 (times to be determined) at the host hotel - TBD. The exact room number will be emailed to competitors the night before testing begins (or Thursday afternoon for those checking in early). A link to schedule an appointment will be emailed out after registration about 10-14 days prior to testing. The polygraph fee is $TBD and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Polygraph results are valid for other OCB amateur shows held within six weeks. Pros have to polygraph at each event. Polygraph fees are non-refundable
All competitors can supply their own music for their individual presentation or can request house music be used instead. Posing and t-walks will be limited to 1 minute or less for amateurs. Pro competitors will be allowed 90 seconds for routines and t-walks. Music can be emailed to email@example.com in an mp3 format. Music must be received by May 14, 2022, or house music will be played.
Assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket ($60), which is good for backstage access only. No males allowed in women's dressing room, and no females allowed in men's dressing room. Competitors are responsible for the behavior of their guests. If anyone is found backstage without a Trainer/Assistant's ticket, they will be escorted out of the building, will not be allowed to re-enter. If there is a second offense the competitor they were assisting will be disqualified from the contest.
Be VERY careful not to get tan on the walls and toilets. You must be fully clothed to sit in the auditorium. Throw your trash away before leaving. Please respect this facility and the volunteers that have to clean up after you! DO NOT throw wipes or paper towels in toilets.rn
Competitor Prep Area
Athletes are welcome to bring pump up equipment. We will not provide pump up equipment due to COVID safety reasons.
Remember, you are not alone on stage. Family, friends, other competitors, and hundreds of strangers are watching you. If you're disappointed with a placement, carry yourself as a professional during and after the awards presentations. After the show ask the judges for feedback. When speaking to them, you may discover their reasoning for your placement. You may understand their decisions more and get helpful insight for future competitions. Everyone in the show worked hard, so don't allow poor sportsmanship to ruin the event for others. Any competitors who exhibit what OCB deems as poor sportsmanship are subject to disqualification and may be banned from future OCB events.

Stage Photography Coverage
The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Those who preorder have a lot more photos taken of them. To order, competitors should print and hand in a completed form at check-ins/polygraph.

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.
