OCB Maine Event *Pro Qualifier

Please print a contest flyer and hang at the gym you go to. In addition to being an OCB pro qualifier (where minimum entries are met), this contest will feature a special division to honor 1st Responders.

Prejudging 10:00 a.m. Show is Live judged, this means there will be a brief intermission after prejudging, then afternoon show consisting of routines, awards and overall posedowns will begin.

Division Offerings

Men's Bodybuilding: Debut, First Responders, Novice, Teen, Juniors (22 yrs and under) Masters 40+, Masters 50+, Open

Men's Physique: Debut, First Responders, Novice, Masters 40+, Open

Women's Physique: Debut, First Responders, Novice, Masters 40+, Open

Men's Classic Physique: Debut, First Responders, Novice, Masters 40+, Open

Figure: Debut, First Responders, Novice, Masters 40+, Open

Bikini: Debut, First Responders, Novice, Masters 40+, Open

Divisions offered at events are based on age and level of experience.

Debut: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.

Novice: Cannot have placed first in any class besides Teen, within any division, within any category, with any organization or at any independent event, with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class where the competitor was the only one in the class.

Open: Open to everyone regardless of age and level of experience.

Age: Age as of day of contest must fall within the stipulated age range (Ex: Age 50 & Over).

First Responders: Any athlete who is an active or retired first responder is eligible to enter. If you have a question about your qualification, contact the promoter.


All divisions split evenly by height in the manner specified in the OCB Guidelines. To be eligible for a novice division, you cannot have placed first in any class besides Teen within any division with any organization. Eligibility will be verified during polygraph testing.


A competitor may elect to enter more than one division. Deadline for crossover signup 9/28/20. No crossovers will be allowed the day of the event. No crossovers from figure to bodybuilding or bikini allowed or men's physique to bodybuilding or vice versa.

Check-Ins and Polygraphs

Check-in and Polygraph testing for all competitors will take place at the host hotel. with the exception of anyone who has competed in an OCB event within 6 weeks prior to this show with approval from the promoters. Friday 9/10 by appointment only. To schedule your polygraph visit: CLICK HERE TO SCHEDULE. $55 payable in cash or money order to the polygraph examiner day of the test. Photo identification for all athletes will be checked prior to polygraph testing. Results from recent polygraph exams performed for other contests in other federations will not be honored. Urine testing for Bodybuilding and Figure Overall winners also. In addition, all competitors subject to additional forms of testing if requested at the discretion and expense of the promoter. (Saturday check-ins/Polygraphs will not be allowed).

Contestant Meeting

There will not be a contestant meeting. Full details, such as order of events, etc., will be provided to competitors at check-in. There will also be a detailed email sent to all competitors one week out.

Entry Fee & Deadlines

Amateur Entry $70, each additional crossover is $40 per crossover. Early Registration Deadline: August 14, 2021. Late Entry Fee: $50. Registration Deadline: September 8, 2021. No entries will be accepted after this date. No crossover additions will be allowed at check in! Entry fees are non-refundable. In the event that a competitor fails their polygraph test, test fee, registration fees, trainer pass, and admission tickets are non-refundable. It is up to the competitors, and their coaches if they should have one, to know the drug and testing guidelines.


Overall Champions: Physique Open classes and the Figure, Bikini and Men's Bodybuilding Overall Winners, will be awarded OCB Pro cards. Top five placements in each class will receive awards.


General Admission $35 (valid all day). Backstage/Coach ticket $50 is valid for as All Day General Admission and for access backstage. Limit 1 backstage ticket per competitor.

Routines/ T-Walks

Routine length - up to 60 secs. for bodybuilding. Music must be supplied at check in and be on CD-R, iphone, or usb. Competitors can also choose to pose to House Music. Props allowed. Review and follow guidelines on ocbonline.com for stage walks. This is a family friendly event. Please refrain from using music that includes any profanity.


Elite Bronzing will be available fro tanning. Tanning will take place at Impact Fitness 40 Maine Street, Suite 123 Biddeford, ME 04005. To book an appointment visit Tanning Appointment
