OCB Iron Girlz and Men of Steel Bodybuilding Championship
This event is a Conditional Pro Qualifier: Minimum turnouts for divisions must be met for overall winners in Open and Age 40+ divisions to become eligible for OCB pro contests in their respective divisions. The minimums required are: Open divisions: 6 for all categories except Women's Physique, which is 3. Age 40+ divisions: 3 for all categories. New shows and events that haven't reached a certain size of turnout yet are Conditional Pro Qualifiers.

Time and Format
10AM EST Competition will run straight through with a 45-minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/awards.

Adult General Admission $35.00
Children General Admission $10 ages 6-15. 5 and under free.
Coach/Assistant Pass: $50 (general admission plus all-day backstage access. Two coach passes max per competitor.

Competitor Entry fee(s): $50; Division Crossovers: $20 each. $65 Late Entry Fee Applied After October 1st. No entries will be accepted after November 1st.

Men's Bodybuilding: Novice, Open, Teen, Age 40+, Age 50+ Age 60+

NON PRO QUALIFYING DIVISIONS: Teen (16yrs to 19yrs) / Transformation, Age 50+, Age 60+
Awards are still presented to the top three winners in these divisions and categories.
Classes: If more than 10 competitors in a category, the category will be split into "Class A" and "Class B."
CROSSOVERS: Entry into more than one division within a category. Ex. a new figure competitor will enter in "Debut" and can crossover to Figure Open and/or 40+ (if applicable); but cannot crossover into Bikini category and divisions.
Awards
Awards and Prizes will be presented to the top 5 in each pro qualifying competitor category. Awards and prizes will be presented to the top 3 win non pro qualifying divisions and categories.
Competition Eligibility
ALL competitors MUST be current athletic members of OCB organization to participate in an OCB event. rnMemberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. Please register a week before the event you're competing in.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.
Banned Substance Screening
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
Check-Ins and Polygraphs
Competitor check-in will be Friday Nov 6th, 2020 at competition venue, KROC Theatre #967 Dewey St SW, Atlanta, GA from 11am to 5pm. Please bring valid identification, any required paperwork that had not been previously submitted such as waivers, etc. Check-in will be a walk-up; no appointments necessary. Competitors will receive their competitor #, "Thank You" bags, trainer and assistance pass and photography order forms.
Polygraphs are mandatory for each OCB competitor. If you have a poly from a show that's within the grace period allotted by OCB that will be honored, however, an email from the person who administered your poly will be required in writing validating a successful test. A successful poly must be done prior to the day of the November 7th "OCB ATL Iron GirlZ & Men of Steel Bodybuilding Championships."
The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please make sure to coordinate your polygraph appointment with your competition spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.
Music
Women's Physique and Men's Bodybuilding competitors are to send routine/stage walk music mp3 or m4a file as an email attachment to “"gzathletics@gmail.com." Music must not contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitors a week before the show, house music will be played. Competitors can send complete songs if they wish, the music would just be faded out after the stage walk is finished. For Men's Bodybuilding, Men's Classic Physique and Women's Physique, when sending music state whether the music should start after you get set on stage, or before you come out. All other divisions and categories will have house music played.

Backstage Policy
Coaches & assistants to competitors must not solicit business, harass or offer competition instruction or advice to anyone who does not ask. We ask that ALL persons conduct themselves professionally, be respectful of both the physical venue and various persons backstage. Do not take pictures of other athletes without consent. Anyone conducting themselves unethically or causing negative show disruptions will be asked to leave the show and escorted off the premises.
Competitor prep area will have light weights, bands and mirrors backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well. Please leave all provided items at the venue and please make sure to keep your areas tidy so not to obstruct backstage walkways.

"Never Forgotten Photography" is the official photographer for the 2020 OCB ATL Iron GirlZ Men of Steel Championships. Order forms can be obtained at both competitor check-in and the competitor meeting. No other professional photographers are permitted. Competitors and friends/family are welcome to take personal photos.
Spray Tanning
