10:30 AM: Show will run straight thru with a 30-minute intermission between Men and Women group comparisons and a break before individual Presentations/Awards.


Adult General Admission: $50; Under Age 12 General Admission: $25; Trainer/Assistant: $60 *Only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare backstage. General admission Plus backstage access. One trainer/assistant max per competitor is permitted.Tickets are good for all portions of the event. Tickets will be available for purchase online until October 6th. After October 6th they will only be available for purchase at the door the day of the show. *Show Tickets are non-refundable. Please purchase tickets in advance (let your friends and family know).

Entry Fees & Deadlines

Entry Fee $90: If entry is received by September 26th, 2020. Cross Over Entry fee for each additional class: $55. After September 26th an additional late entry fee of $55 will apply. October 6, 2020 is the last day entries will be accepted. *Entry Fees are non-refundable. 12 Week Body Transformation Challenge Registration Deadline on or before July 11th.

Body Transformation for Men and Women

DEBUT DIVISION ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.

NOVICE DIVISION ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), in any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception in cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).


When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.


A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.


The top 5 in each class will receive awards. This is a Conditional Pro Qualifier Show. Must meet criteria and minimum requirements to qualify. As a conditional pro qualifier (Pro Qualifier*), pro cards are awarded when divisions meet the required minimum turnouts. The minimums are: Open Divisions: 6 for all categories except Women's Physique, which is 3. Age 40+ Divisions: 3 for all categories.


All competitors are required to hold current OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by 10/03/2020, one week before the event. Memberships can be purchased in the Membership section of OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the Drug Testing Guidelines & Banned Substance List.

Banned Substances & Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-Ins & Polygraphs

The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable by cash at time of testing. *Please try to schedule your polygraph appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day. Polygraph test results are valid for other amateur OCB shows that are held within 6 weeks.

All competitors can supply their own music for their individual presentation or can request house music be used instead. Music must be received by 10/3/2020, otherwise house music will be provided instead. Music must be appropriate for family audience and contain No Profanity.

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Thursday before the show.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Photography by Chad Austin. The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Those who pre-order have a lot more photos taken of them. To order, competitors should print and hand in a completed form at check-ins.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.

Spray Tanning Services

Tanning provide TBA. *NOTE* Tanning products have a tendency to stain and damage clothing, sheets, and other surfaces. To purchase protective attire that will prevent staining, visit Wear & Away

Additional Competitor Details

Competitors must be fully covered whenever in the ballroom seating area. Exposed body areas that can allow tanning agent to stain seating cloth is to be avoided. Please show respect for the venue and promoters by taking care to keep on paper/plastic protected areas for tanning, oiling, and pumping up. Do not stray beyond protected areas.

Competitors will have two numbered buttons - one to be worn on the front left, the 2nd, rear center. These must be visible to help judges keep track of individuals during scoring. If the head judge calls your number asking you to switch places on stage with another competitor during group comparisons, raise your hands so each person knows where they need to go. Be sure to review the guidelines on OCBonline.com for your category prior to the event and view the poses that will be called during group comparisons, as well a description of the path that is to be followed for the stage walks.The facility will be accessible any time after 8:00 AM the day of the show. A mandatory competitors meeting will take place at 9:00am in the main ballroom. Specifics pertaining to the order of events and timelines will be discussed. The shows expediters will also cover specifics on how the backstage/pump-up area will operate. This will also give you the chance to familiarize yourself with the ballroom and stage set-up if you have not seen it previously. Flyers for other upcoming OCB shows will be available at check-ins and the day of the show. Please take copies with you and post at your gym; it would be greatly appreciated.

Hair & Makeup


Fitness Body Criteria

1. Athlete must wear fitness attire - an outfit that compliments the competitor's physique, presents the physique so it can be seen and judged. 2. The following fitness attire is acceptable -shorts, pants, skirts, long or short tank tops, short or long sleeve shirts, sports bras as well. 3. Posing Guidelines: Athlete will come out individually in numerical order to the center of the stage. Athlete will perform 5 poses of choice. This is very flexible posing, have fun, and bring confidence to the stage. Choose poses that hi-light your best features. After you perform your 5 poses, you will be asked to go to the side of the stage (expediter will direct you to which side to go). Hit a pose and wait until all competitors in your division are finished. The head judge will call you to the front of the stage where you will perform quarter turns with flexible posing of your choice. Judging criteria: 1-Stage Presence- confidence, choice of flattering poses, attire selection, grooming, and poise. You should look like you are enjoying the experience. 2-Physique - healthy, fit, balanced, toned, but not too conditioned. Not too muscular

12 Week Body Transformation Challenge

Body Transformation/ Men and Women 8 Week Challenge: DEBUT DIVISION ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization. Body Transformation Challenge. Registration must be on or before July 11, 2020.


Requirements & Guidelines
Every contestant will need to complete and submit a 2020 OCB Tri-State Natural Entry Form with Contest Entry Fee at ocbonline.com. Each contestant will then receive an official 2020 OCB Tri-State Natural Body Transformation Entry Journal and will be required to document their progress on the first and last day of their 12 weeks. Every contestant must submit their completed booklet via email to Lisa I Vientos-Kablis within one week after finishing their 12week challenge at: livfitk@gmail.com. All completed booklets must be submitted no later than Saturday, October 3rd, 2020 which means that your start date with your beginning measurements and scale weight must be on or before July 11, 2020. Every transformation contestant must be present at the 2020 OCB Tri-State Natural to read their Body Transformation Essay and receive their award. Every competitor will be privately weighed at the 2020 OCB Tri-State Natural and must weigh within 5 lbs. of their final 12week competition weight or less. Please note that contestants may “Crossover” into another division at the OCB Tri-State Natural if desired.


The 2020 OCB Tri-State Natural Body Transformation Challenge is open to any drug-free participant who has never placed 1st in a Bodybuilding, Physique, Figure, or Bikini competition. There may be random drug testing by urine analysis. Anyone who during the contest uses anabolic steroids or any other illegal OCB banned substance will forfeit their eligibility in the Body Transformation Challenge. Please read the banned substance list at ocbonline.com before registering for the challenge. Contestants can use whatever type of training and nutrition program they want during the course of this contest. It is highly recommended to consult a certified personal trainer or fitness professional to properly document measurements for the Transformation Entry Journal Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

1. Before & After Photos = 40% of score. Each contestant must have at least 3 full body physique photos taken on the first and last day of their 12week challenge. (Front, side and back). Each contestant must hold a USA Today newspaper (front page) in their front photo with date showing. Please also take a close-up photo of the same front cover of the newspaper so that we can view the date. Please wear the same type of clothing in your before and after photos. Be discreet but try to show as much of your physique as possible. Usually a 2-piece swimsuit is best for women and shorts or trunks for men. Try to get the highest quality photos and please take photos against a plain white background. Any participant who is suspected by our judging panel of photo shopping will be disqualified. Before & after Transformation Entry Journal photos will be viewed by the audience as part of the competition.

2. Scale Weight = 20% Each contestant must provide their scale weight on the first and last day of their 12week challenge. Please use the same scale for both and wear the same amount of clothing for both.

3.Tape Measurements =10% Each contestant must supply tape measurements for these 3 physique circumference sites on the first and last day of their 12week challenge: (Note: Please measure without bulky clothing and try to do the before and after measuring exactly in the same manner.) Across navel, Across widest part of hips/glutes, Across upper right thigh

4. Body Composition =20% Each contestant will need to measure their body fat on the first and last day of their 12week challenge. It is highly recommended to consult with a certified personal trainer or fitness professional to ensure this is done properly. These 4 skin-fold measurements in millimeters must be submitted: Bicep (Right arm), Triceps (Right Arm), Back (Subscapular), Hip (Suprailiac)

5. Essay =10% Each contestant will be required to write how this 12week body transformation impacted their life in 250 words or less. Each contestant will be required to read their essay at the stage podium at prejudging & at the night show for the judges to fairly score them. They will only be scored on essay content, not delivery.

*The OCB Tri-State Natural panel of certified judges will score each contestant’s before and after photos based on each contestants' overall improvement as well as their essay content. These scores will then be added with the "measurements progress" submitted in the BT Challenge Entry Journal for a maximum of 100 points.

Awards will be given to the top 5 Male & top 5 Female transformers (1st Place through 5th Place) at the 2020 “OCB Tri-State Natural awards presentation.
