OCB Elevated Muscle (Conditional Pro Qualifier)
Please print a contest flyer and hang at the gym you go to. Conditional Pro Qualifier: Minimum turnouts for divisions must be met for overall winners in Open and Age 40+ divisions to become eligible for OCB pro contests in their respective divisions. The minimums required are: Open divisions: 6 for all categories except Women's Physique, which is 3. Age 40+ divisions: 3 for all categories. New shows and events that haven't reached a certain size of turnout yet are Conditional Pro Qualifiers.

Pre-Judging Begins at 10 am, Show Will Run Straight Through Followed by a 20 Minute Intermission, then Presentations and Awards
Adult General Admission $40, Under Age 12 General Admission $10, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $50 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted.Cash recommended. Credit cards will be accepted, but a 2.5% fee will be applied.

Registration for athletes will be available for purchase online through 4/11/2021. If registration is received by 3/24/2021: Initial Entry is $75. Entry fee for each additional class $45. LATE FEES: After 3/24/2020, a late entry fee of $75 applies. 4/11/2021 is the last day entries will be accepted.rn

Military, Veteran and First Responders
DEBUT First time competing in any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. Athletes in same division will be judged for the Military, Veteran, First Responder class immediately after all height classes in that division have been judged.
Entering More Than One Division (Crossovers)
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.
Athletes placing 1st-5th will be awarded a custom OCB medal and trophy. All Military, veteran and first responders will receive a special award, plus a trophy for the 1st-5th placements.
All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com Or if using testedshows.com's online registration: All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event.
Banned Substances/Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
CHECK INS from 11 am - 7 pm April 23, 2021 in the lobby of host hotel. La Quinta Inn & Suites 1377 S Main St, Cedar City, UT 84720. Polygraphs will be scheduled for day of check in and will be conducted in a room at the host hotel. Polygraphs must be paid at the time of test and must be paid in cash amount of $50. Music & Individual Presenations
All competitors for every category are to send their 60 second routine/stage walk music mp3 or m4a file as an email attachment to email@example.com. Music must not to contain any profanity. Deadline for athletes to turn in their music: 5pm on 4/19/2021. If athletes do not hand in their music, then house music will be used for their T-walks.
NOTE: Mp3 files of songs can be purchased from Amazon.com, downloaded, and then emailed as a file attachment. The music must be cut already where the athlete wants the music to start and stop. Complete songs may be sent; but the music will not start or stop in a custom manner. The music would just be faded out after the 60 sec has passed.
QUES: The stage will be marked with blue tape so athlete's will know where to hit their pose. Competitors will walk to the rear center of the stage and hit a pose, then walk to the front center and hit a pose, then walk to the right of the stage and pose, walk to other side of stage and pose, then back to front center of stage and do final pose. Athletes must finish their routine by end of the 60 second song. One prop is permitted for use in athlete's routine.

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage and will be issued a wrist band. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access. No wrist band, no access.
Spray tanning will not be allowed backstage accept by the host tanner. Our tanner is trusted by the OCB and the promoter, they take the utmost pride in the athlete's look for stage. We highly recommend you use them for tanning services. No loud music will be permitted, as this inhibits the other athletes from hearing when their number is called.
We ask that everyone backstage respectfully conduct themselves in a manner that is professional and supportive so that everyone has a chance to hear their number and the expeditors are not struggling to get the athletes lined up.
Competitor Prep Area
It is recommended that athletes bring their own bands, light weights and mirrors to the show. Do not get tanner on the walls, floors or seats. We need to have respect for the facility and leave it as clean as it was before we arrived.
Stage photography may be ordered now at an early bird discount rate of $75 by following the below link. If athletes wait until check-ins, then the normal price of $90 will be applied. Note: if athletes do not pre-order official stage photography, then there will not be as many images captured of them compared to those athletes whom pre-ordered.

Sponsorship & Vendor Space
All vendors must be approved by the promoter. Vendors will receive an email or phone call from the promoter confirming approval for their booth reservation for this show.Local, small business are welcome to set up a vendor table and sell their product at this event. There is a vendor fee that would need to be paid; please see link below to fill out the necessary form and make payment. Businesses that wish to sponsor this event and have a chance to market to our athletes and audience as well as have their logo displayed on our email blasts, on the official show flier and on our social media sites, must fill the form below and pay the required sponsorship contribution. Body Transformation Division
Transformation Contestants are NOT required to have OCB membership or Polygraph unless they are also competing as a traditional bodybuilding competitor.
The transformation contest will be a platform for individuals who have taken on the ultimate challenge of committing to health and wellness and have lost significant amounts of weight. They will share a brief story of their journey, share a before picture, and how many pounds lost. A good example of verbiage for their journey would be those who used to be on high blood pressure or thyroid medication, and now are free from it!
This division is meant to be positive and uplifting segment for people to witness. It is a friendly contest that will be judged by our panel. It will also be a chance for the individual and their coach to be recognized for all of the success they have had in their journey to optimal health.
Contestants will wear formal attire such as evening gown or suit, and or nice slacks and button up and tie. They will step on stage with their coach and the winner of the transformation, as decided by the judging panel, will receive an award with their coach.
Turn in: Before/After picture, details about pounds lost and a four to five sentence brief background story will be sent to email@example.com. Deadline for submission: 3/25/2021.
Contestants may crossover and compete in an OCB category, but would have to pay the OCB annual membership and schedule their polygraph.
