Amateur: Must have placed in the top 5 in a class of a division intending to enter at this event, which took place after last year's Yorton Cup (after 10/27/19). (Example: A competitor must have placed in the top 5 in an Open division's class at an OCB contest held after 8/31/19 to be eligible for the Open division at the event. A competitor must have placed in the top 5 in an Age 40+ division's class at an OCB contest held after 8/31/19 to be eligible for the Age 40+ division at the event. And so on).
Pro: Effective January 1, 2020, for competitors to be eligible for OCB Pro Open contests (including this one), must meet the following Pro eligibility guidelines listed click here for eligibility details.
Please note that competitors who have qualified for the pro level in a Masters Age 40+ division only are eligible only for OCB Pro Masters Age 40+ divisions. This Yorton Cup event offers only Open divisions in the pro division, so contestants qualified for only the Age 40+ pro divisions are not eligible for this contest. Amateur & Pro: All competitors are required to be current members of OCB for their respective levels (amateur or pro) to participate in this event. If needing to obtain annual memberships, please register by a week before the event. Amateur and Pro memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Start time: 10:00 AM. The schedule of events will take place over 4 segments to help ease flow of foot traffic over the course of the day, and to help with spectators planning to attend the event. Approximated times for each segment are listed below. Should showtimes posted at that time for various segments not run as long as anticipated, subsequent segments will not be started prior to the final advertised starting time (for purposes of attendee planning). Should showtimes posted for various segments run longer than anticipated, subsequent segments may not begin until a little later than the final advertised times.

Adult General Admission $50, Age 2-12 General Admission $20, Assistant/Trainer (general admission plus backstage access): $75 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage - maximum of one assistant per competitor permitted. Tickets are valid for the entire event. Separate tickets for only specific portions of the event are not available. Tickets are the same price whether attending one or multiple portions of the event.
Entry Fees & Deadlines
Amateurs: If entry is received by Sunday August 2nd: Entry $89, crossover entry fee (if qualified for and doing both amateur Open and one or more Masters Age divisions): $69. Pros: If entry is received by Sunday August 2nd: Entry $229. Amateurs and Pros: After August 2nd, an additional late entry fee of $75 will apply to all entries. Sunday August 3rd will be the last day entries will be accepted.
Amateur: Uncondtional Pro Qualifier
The amateur portion of this event is an Unconditional Pro Qualifier, meaning that overall winners of the Open & Age 40+ Divisions will earn eligibility for the OCB Pro level. It is not contingent upon any number of registrants.
Amateurs: Men's Bodybuilding: Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open - Men's Classic Physique: Age 50+, Age 40+, Open - Men's Physique: Age 50+, Age 40+, Open - Women's Physique: Age 50+, Age 40+, Open - Figure: Age 50+, Age 40+, Open - Bikini: Age 50+, Age 40+, Open (note - when there's more than one class in an amateur division, classes will be formed by dividing competitors evenly by height and that Novice Divisions are not offered at this event).
Pros: Men's Bodybuilding Open - Men's Classic Physique Open - Men's Physique Open - Women's Physique Open - Figure Open - Bikini Open (note: If any divisions have more contestants than what can be judged on stage in a single lineup, they will be split evenly by height into segments and will be judged as separate classes (as opposed to judging all on stage at once with split lineups/call outs), and the top three from each segment will advance to a division overall comparison lineup to determine the top three overall placements for the division.
Banned Substances Screening Methods
Amateur: Competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro-qualifying placement winners are required to provide urine specimens immediately after the event for urinalysis. By appointment Thursday August 27th from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM or Friday August 28th from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the host hotel, Omni Shoreham Hotel, 2500 Calvert St NW, Washington, DC 20008.Schedule an appointment for Thursday or schedule an appointment for Friday. The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please try to schedule polygraph appointments so they're prior to spray tanning appointments if doing both the same day.
Format for Individual Presentations
Due to the size of this event, in order to allow all contestants to have an opportunity to participate in the individual presentations segment (as opposed to only a particular number of top placement winners, for example), competitors will be introduced by name and number only, and to house music, will walk to the center of the back of the stage (there will be an "X" marking the spot), strike one pose of their choice, walk to front center stage (there will be an "X" marking the spot), strike four poses of their choice, then exit.

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday before the show.
There will not be any competitor meetings prior to the event. Full event details are listed on this page or will be provided via email by the Wednesday before the show.
A maximum of one assistant per competitor is allowed backstage. Any assistants must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access. If anyone who is not a participant in the event is found backstage without a trainer/assistant's ticket, they will be escorted out of the building, will not be allowed to re-enter, and the competitor they were assisting will be disqualified from the contest.
Competitor Prep Area
There will be a large open room, plus four dressing rooms available for contest prep areas. Light weights, stretch bands, and mirrors will be backstage for use for preparing to go on stage, if desired. Participants are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
Video Recording Policy
Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.

Additional Miscellaneous Event Details
Competitors must be fully covered if ever entering the auditorium seating area. Exposed body areas that can allow tanning agent to stain seating cloth is to be avoided (venue personnel will fine any violators, so be careful!). Food and drink is not permitted in the theatre. Contest participants should keep any coolers, etc. in the backstage prep area. Please show respect for the venue and promoters by taking precautions to remain on paper/plastic protected areas whenever tanning, oiling, or "pumping up". Do not stray beyond protected areas (again, venue personnel will fine any violators, so be careful!). Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Competitors will be provided with two competitor number buttons at check-ins/polygraphs. One to be worn on the rear center of suit bottoms, the other should be worn on either the front left of suit bottoms, or, if in the Bikini category, on the side primarily displayed in your primary front pose, if different, to help judges keep track of individuals during scoring. When the head judge calls out contestant numbers and asks competitors to switch places on stage with another competitor during group comparisons, competitors should raise their hands so each contestant will be able to determine where they should go. Be sure to review applicable category guidelines on OCBonline.com to ensure awareness of judging criteria and proper form for mandatory poses for OCB contests. Competitors will need to show their competitor number buttons to door personnel in order to gain access to the back stage and auditorium areas (remember, contestants must be fully covered whenever entering the auditorium!). There will be expediters back stage who will be advising competitors when they should be getting ready and when they should be getting lined up to go out on stage. For group comparisons, competitors will line up near the front of the stage where a line of tape will be. There will be large X's on the stage to mark where pausing points should be for stage walks. Tip: When doing walks face inward toward the middle of the audience at the side X's so the crowd and photographer gets a better view of your physique. The facility will be accessible any time after 8:30 AM the day of the show. It's recommended that competitors arrive no later than 30 minutes before the final posted show starting time for their segment to allow enough time to get familiarized with the building layout and be ready before the planned start time. Polygraph testing and check-in tasks will both be done at the appointment time scheduled. The check-in tasks will consist of distributing competitor number buttons and any admission tickets purchased in advance, verifying current OCB memberships, and turning in photo order forms (if applicable). For awards presentations, there will be numbers 1 through 5 taped to the stage floor. They represent placements. When a competitor is announced as winning "X" place, they should move to where that corresponding number is on the floor to receive their trophy. Trophies should be placed on the floor in front of competitors so they are not being held when a photo opportunity for a group pose is requested after all placements have been awarded for the class. For divisions that have more than one class, class winners should stay near the stage area after receiving their awards because they will be called out with other class winners for judging to determine divisions' overall winners. Winners of OCB Pro qualifying placements should stay close to the stage area after exiting for urine specimen collections. If anyone is found backstage who isn't a competitor, and who does not have a Trainer/Assistant's ticket, they will be escorted out of the building, will not be allowed to re-enter, and the competitor they were assisting will be disqualified from the contest.
