This event is a conditional pro qualifier. As a conditional pro qualifier, pro cards are awarded when divisions meet the required minimum turnouts. The minimums are: Open Divisions: 6 for all categories except Women's Physique, which is 3. Age 40+ Divisions: 3 for all categories. 10:30 am. Men's Prejudging begins followed by individual presentations and awards
2:00 pm Women's Prejudging begins followed by individual presentations and awards. The Finals portion of each event will consist of Body Transformers reading their essays, then individual routines or stage walks in the same numerical order as prejudging. The awards ceremony & overall division competitions will follow.
GENERAL ADMISSION: ONLY 120 AVAILABLE TO EACH SHOW: Men's show $25 Adult $15 Child age 5-12. Women's Show Same $25. Ticket to BOTH $45, Child $25. Trainer tickets $50 (limited to 1 backstage assistant per athlete). Cash only day of show for remaining available tickets.

Entry Fees & Deadlines
Early bird registration until August 22, 2020 is $75. The fee to crossover into another division is $50. After August 22nd, a $50 late fee will apply. The last day to register is 9/9/2020. No entries will be accepted after that date. An OCB Amateur Membership must be purchased in advance at OCBonline.com. A current OCB membership number will be required at registration. All fees non-refundable. Body Transformation Division for Men and Women is $75 to enter, and the last day to enter is May 27, 2020.

Men's Bodybuilding: Novice, Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ), Men's Physique: Novice, Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ)
Men's Classic Physique: Novice, Age 40+, Open (PQ)
Women's Physique: Novice, Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ)
Figure: Novice, Age 40+(PQ), Open (PQ)
Bikini: Novice, Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ). Physically challenged divisions are available in all categories. NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Crossover Entries (entering more than one division)
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.
The top 5 in each class will receive awards. Best poser awards will be given to the best male and female t-walk. Body Transformation winners will receive $150 cash prize to 1st place male and female contestant.
All competitors are required to hold current OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Purchase a Membership.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.
Banned Substances & Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
Athletes must report to the host hotel to check-in for the contest and take a polygraph exam. Check-ins and polygraph testing will take place Friday, September 11th from 9am-6pm at the host hotel. The polygraph exam is $50 and is payable at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Schedule an Appointment. Please try to schedule your polygraph appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day. Polygraph test results are valid for other amateur OCB shows that are held within 6 weeks. View the upcoming schedule of events.
T-walk *optional* Music Submissions
Submit music for your optional 60 second individual presentation in MP3 format via email to TBD. Put "OCB, YOUR NAME, and CATEGORY" in the subject line. As a backup, bring a disc or flash drive. If music is not submitted, house music will be played instead. Notify the promoter if you do NOT wish to perform a t-walk. Whether or not you choose to perform will NOT impact your placement.

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.
ONE (1) assistant/trainer per competitor allowed- NO EXCEPTIONS! Every assistant/trainer MUST buy a Trainers Ticket which is good for General Admission and back stage access. *Please Note: Trainer tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Competitor Prep Area
Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go to the stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
Stage Photography Coverage
The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Those who preorder have a lot more photos taken of them. To order, competitors should print and hand in a completed form at check-ins/polygraph.
Video Recording Policy
Competitors and friend/family are welcome to bring recording devices.
Professional Competition Spray Tanning will be done by Bronze Beauty Spray Tanning. Appointments will be held on Friday, Sept. 11th at the host hotel. Cost of the spray tan is $130 which includes your spray tan, touch-ups the day of the show and application of stage glaze and bikini bite if needed. Hair & Make-up
Hair and make up services will be provided by be Award-winning Lindsay London And her team of professional artists. To guarantee a slot you must make a reservation and pre payment before September 5th. Lindsay will contact you about how to make payment directly to her in advance. * Specific time slots will be determined after the order of competitors is assigned. *You will be notified via email on the Wednesday or Thursday before show day.
