This event is a conditional pro qualifier, meaning conditions of designated minimums must be met for Open and Age 40+ division winners to become eligible for the OCB Pro level. The minimums required are: Open Divisions: 6 for all categories (except Women's Physique, which is 3. Age 40+ Divisions: 3 for all categories.

Date & Time

June 27, 2020 - Group Comparisons (prejudging) 11:00 AM straight through with a brief 30 minute intermission followed by individual presentations & awards (finals)

Adult General Admission good for all day: $50 Under Age 12 General Admission $10, Under Age 6 General Admission Free. Coach/Assistant Pass (general admission plus backstage access): $75 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare backstage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted.

Entry Fee & Deadlines

If entry is received by June 19th: Entry $100. Entry fee for each additional class $35. After June 19th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. June 22nd is the last day entries will be accepted.. Entry fees are non-refundable. (No Exceptions).

Divisions & Class Offerings

Bikini: Teen (Age 16-19), Debut, Novice, Masters Age 35+, 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ); Figure: Novice, Masters Age 35+, 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ); Men's Physique: Teen (Age 16-19), Debut, Novice, Masters Age 35+, 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ); Men's Bodybuilding: Novice, Masters Age 35+, 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ); Women's Physique: Novice, Masters Age 35+, 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ). NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it). When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.


A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, & Bodybuilding) at any given show.

Roster and Classes

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday before the show.


Top 5 in Open class will receive awards.
Top 3 in all other classes will receive awards.
Best Presentation: Award to one competitor (Male or Female) with best overall presentation despite class.
Best Team: Award presented to coach with the best team representation in the show.rn


All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by May 9th. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com

Drug Testing

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted here from OCBonline.com

Banned Substances & Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Polygraph Testing & Check-Ins

Polygraphs appointments will begin Friday June 26th by appointment at the host hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Orange Park, 610 Wells Rd, Orange Park, FL 32073. To schedule a polygraph appointment, please visit . Check in at the hotel will begin at 3 PM. The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable at the time of testing. Please try to schedule your polygraph appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day. Mandatory Check-ins for the competition for t-shirt and goodie bag will be held from 3 PM – 8 PM


All competitors can supply their own music for their individual presentation, or can request house music be used instead.

Host Hotel

To book use: Book your group rate for Dynamic Fitness Classic or call Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Orange Park at 904-854-1500 and mention "Dynamic Fitness Classic”. It’s recommended to make reservations by June 21st. After June 8th, the hotel will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and, in the hotel’s discretion, will accept reservations at the group rate on a space and rate available basis.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are recommended to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Video Recording by Content Addicts and Photography by Muscle Papa: Please email Muscle Papa for stage photos and backstage photos of the event. Outside videography and photography is not permitted.
