Time & Format
10:30 AM (event will run straight through with a 30-minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/awards).
Adult General Admission (valid all day) $40. Child (ages 6-16) General Admission (valid all day) $15. Ages 5 & Under Free. Trainer/Assistant ticket: $60 (for those helping a competitor prepare backstage - one trainer max per competitor is permitted (good all day for general admission and backstage access). Tickets are non-refundable. Only cash will be accepted day of the event.
Entry Fees & Deadlines
If entry is received by September 15th: $65. After September 15th, a $50 late fee will apply. The last day to register is September 22nd by 11:59p. Crossover entry into additional classes is $50 per class. Walk-in entries will not be accepted the day of the event. Polygraph Exam $50 (payable to the examiner at the time of scheduling). OCB Membership must be purchased in advance by 9/22/2019 at OCBonline.com. A current OCB membership number will be required at registration. All fees non-refundable.

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).rn
Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Men's /Women's Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.
Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class.
Banned Substances Screening Methods
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
Check-In times will be Friday October 4th from 3 PM to 8 PM at the host hotel, Holiday Inn Tanglewood, 4468 Starkey Road, S.W., Roanoke, Virginia 24018. All competitors for every category are to send their 60 seconds routine/stage walk music mp3 or mp4 file as an email attachment to email@example.com by September 22, 2019. Music must not to contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitors by 9/22/2019 by 11:59 PM, house music will be used for them the day of the event. If needed, mp3 files of songs can be purchased from Amazon.com for around $1, downloaded, and then emailed as a file attachment. All music must be sent as a digital file. For reservations, call Holiday in Tanglewood reservations at (540) 774-4400 and state you're with the "OCB Bodybuilding" group staying at this hotel for a nightly rate of $109. It's recommended to make reservations by 9-4-2019. After 9-14-2019 the hotel will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and, in the hotel's discretion, will accept reservations at the group rate on a space and rate available basis.
A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.
One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. A trainer/assistant ticket must be purchased, which is good for both general admission and back stage access - cost $50. It may be purchased online, at check-in or day of the show.
Competitor Prep Area
Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go no stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
