11:00 AM. The event will begin and run straight through with a 30 minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations & awards. The prejudging portion of the event will consist of group comparisons in every division. The Finals portion of the event will consist of Individual Bodybuilding & Physique routines and Figure & Bikini Stage Walks. The awards ceremony & overall division competitions will follow.
Tickets will be sold at the door for general seating and are nontransferable & nonrefundable. Cash only. No checks will be accepted. Please let your family and friends know. Online Advance Ticket sales (also general seating) will close on Monday, April 1st, then Tickets will only be available at the door. Adult General Admission: $40.00 Child Admission: (under age 12) $10.00 Assistant Ticket: $55.00 (Good for back stage access entrance and audience admission). Entry Fee & Deadlines
The entry fee is $69. The final deadline to register is 4/2. Crossover fee for each additional class $49. *Please note that entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Divisions & Class Offerings
Bikini: Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open; Figure: Teen, Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open; Men's Physique: Teen, Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open; Men's Classic Physique: Teen, Novice, Age 40+, Open; Men's Bodybuilding: Teen, Novice (Under 5'9" and 5'9" and over), Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open (height classes under 5'7, 5'7 to 5'10", over 5'10"); Women's Physique: Teen, Novice, Age 40+, Open
Novice Division Open only to those who have not placed first in any class besides Teen within any division in the same category (Ex. Figure) with any organization (unless only competitor in the class). Eligibility will be verified during the polygraph testing.Masters Age Divisions: Open only to those falling into the stipulated age range (Ex. 40+ is age 40 and over) Open Division: Open to anyone regardless of age and level of experience.
When more than one class in a division, classes can be formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. *Classes will be determined by number of entries received by the deadline date
A "crossover" is entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and or the Masters division and compete in them as well (as long as they qualify for all three). Competitors may compete in three events maximum. Crossovers are permitted in "like" categories only. In other words a Men's Physique competitor cannot cross over into Men's Bodybuilding, a Bikini competitor cannot crossover into Figure etc. Crossovers are especially encouraged for anyone who qualifies by age for a chance to win Masters Pro Card status. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Women's Physique, Men's Physique, Men's Classic Physique, and Men's Bodybuilding) at any given show.
The top 5 in each class will receive Trophy awards. Best Posing awards in Bodybuilding and Best Presenters in Figure, Physique, Classic Physique, Bikini. OCB Medals will be given to any competitor not placing in the top 5. OCB Pro Card status will be awarded to overall Division winners in Open & Masters Men's Bodybuilding, Men's Physique Open, Classic Physique Open, Women's Physique Open, and Figure & Bikini Open. OCB Master's Pro Card status will be presented to 1st place winners of Men's 40+ Bodybuilding, Men's Physique 40+, Women's Physique 40+, and Figure 40+ and Bikini 40+ providing requirements are met. See ocbonline.com for Pro Qualifying guidelines. Team Trophy Award Presented to the Team/Coach or Gym who has the most competitors in the competition. Proof required, please be specific and list your Gym, Trainer/Coach or Team name of the entry form.
All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership please register before March 21st. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.
Check-Ins (Contest Day)
Saturday, April 6th 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the contest venue, Franklin Regional Senior High School Auditorium Lobby located at 3200 School Road, Murrysville, PA. 15668. If any competitors do not report for check-in prior to 10 AM they will be scratched from the competition.

Banned Substances & Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. Please see the Banned Substances list on ocbonline.com website. Polygraph fee is $50 payable in cash or money order to the polygraph examiner at the time of testing. Photo I.D. is required. It is the competitor's responsibility to ensure they are tested for the event. If any competitors are not polygraph tested for the event they are not eligible for competition. Results from recent polygraph exams performed by other OCB affiliate natural organizations will be accepted within a strict six week period. *HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE that you must present proof of your passed polygraph to the Promoter via email: email@example.com. It is the contestant's responsibility to show proof of passed polygraph test by 4/1/19. All contestants are also subject to other forms of testing, if requested, at the discretion and expense of the promoter Urine sample testing is required for All Pro Card Recipients immediately following their perspective award ceremony. Any Pro Card recipients who do not produce a urine sample with our medical staff before leaving the contest venue will forfeit their OCB Pro Card and contest placement, NO EXCEPTIONS! (Urine testing is at the OCB's expense.)
Check-Ins and Polygraph Screenings
By appointment Friday April 5th at the host hotel, Holiday Inn Express, Delmont, PA. You will need to come to the lobby and a show representative will direct you where to go. Note you must select April 7, on the calendar for it to show times available and that there is a scroll bar on the right to pan down the list to see all appointment times available (some cell phones may not show the scroll bar). The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Polygraph results are valid for other OCB shows held within six weeks.
Competitors are to supply their own music for finals performance by emailing an Mp3 format copy of music to deejay, Tim Harris: firstname.lastname@example.org. NO PROFANITY. Props allowed. Routine length should be 60 seconds (no more than 70 seconds). Please include your full name, cell phone number and what divisions you are competing in when emailing Tim Harris your music. Include in your email: The date of the show 4/6, your name as it appears on registration, and the name of your song, Competitors please use discretion and show respect to the audience and judges with your performance.

DIRECTIONS(TO SCHOOL/HI EXPRESS) Coming from All Points West of Pittsburgh, Route 76 PA Turnpike, Get off at Exit 57 for Pittsburgh/Monroeville; Take ramp onto RTE.22 EAST Murrysville. After 10th traffic light use next jug handle to right (Tarr Hollow) that allows you to go left across the highway. Go to stop sign and make a right on to Old Wm. Penn highway. Go approximately 100 yards and make a left onto school property at Marquee. Follow up to top of hill to Senior High School. Parking in front and rear of building. [TO HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS] Instead of turning off at jug handle just stay straight on Rte. 22 east another 4 miles and Holiday Inn is on your left behind the Lamplighter Restaurant.rnIf coming from All Points East of Pittsburgh, Route 76 PA Turnpike, Get off at Exit 8 for New Stanton: Follow ramp towards Greensburg and Toll 66. Get on Toll 66 North to Delmont (Toll 66 ends at Delmont) as you go down the hill you will see Kings Family Restaurant on your left. Just ahead you will see signs for Rt. 22 West Murrysville. Take 22 West about 1/4 mile and Holiday Inn Express is on your right. For the school go another 3-4 miles on Rte. 22 West till you pass the Cozy Inn Bar on your right... At the next traffic light make a right. Go to stop sign and make a left onto Old Wm. Penn highway. Go thru blinking light & make right at second entrance to school under Marquee. Follow to top of hill.
Order of Events
11:00 AM group comparisons for Men's Bodybuilding Novice, Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open followed by Men's Classic Physique Novice, Age 40+, Open, and then Men's Physique Novice, Age 40+, Open, then Women's Physique Novice, Age 40+, Open followed by Figure Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open, and then Bikini Novice, Age 40+, Open. There will be a 30-minute intermission then individual presentations will be performed in sequential order in the same category order as group comparisons, followed by awards presentations
One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access
Competitor Prep Area
Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
We will provide a professional photographer & video crew. They will provide quality pictures & CD video at a reasonable cost. You may obtain forms at check-in or by emailing The photographer and or videographer. No one is permitted to set up cameras or use cell phones to take Video/Pictures at Pre-Judging or Finals without permission from the event Promoter. Pretty Hair Salon is to be the preferred hair and makeup artist of the 2019 OCB Natural Pittsburgh Championships. They will be providing onsite hair and makeup services for the event. Services will include everything from hair and makeup to airbrush makeup as well as lash extensions for an additional cost.
