Tickets

Adult General Admission $40, Children ages 6-16 (all day admission) $20, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access) $60. Tickets are good for both portions of the event (AM and PM). Tickets will be available for purchase online until Wednesday 12/12/19. After that date, they will only be available for purchase at the door. All tickets are non-refundable.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

Early bird registration rates apply before 10/27/19. Amateur entries received prior to 10/27/19 will be $80. Pro entries received prior to 10/17/19 will be $175. Entry for each additional amateur class (crossover fee) is $60. After 10/27/19 a $50 fee will be added to all entries (pro and amateur). Wednesday, December 4th is the last day entries will be accepted. Registrations are non-refundable.

Divisions & Class Offerings

PRO: Figure Masters 40+; AMATEUR: Bikini: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+ 60+; Open Figure: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, Age 50+, 60+; Open Men's Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, Age 50+, 60+; Open Men's Classic Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, 60+, Open; Men's Bodybuilding: Debut, Teen, Juniors, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, 60+, Open; Physically Challenged; Women's Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+; Open -- DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. These will not be determined until all registration entries have been received.

Crossovers

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may NOT participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show. Pro Figure Masters 40+ athletes may compete as Figure Open Amateurs on the same day if they wish to pursue an Open Pro Card (an amateur membership would NOT be required).

Awards

AMATEURS: The top 5 in each class will receive awards. PROS: The top 5 Pros will receive OCB medals, the top 3 will receive cash prizes ($1,000-1st, $600 - 2nd, and $400 - 3rd place). The f1st place pro champion will also receive a scultured award.

Amateur Eligibility

All competitors are required to hold a current OCB AMATEUR membership to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Pro Eligibility & Guidelines

Pro competitors are required to hold a current OCB Pro membership at the time of competing. Competitors cannot have used any substance on the OCB banned list during the duration periods specified on the list on OCBonline.com. Effective January 1, 2019, to be eligible for OCB pro contests, including the Yorton Cup, competitors must meet one of the following conditions: (1) Have won a pro-qualifying placement at an OCB amateur show. (2) Have placed first at another natural organization's pro show that had 5 or more contestants. Competitors who won a pro-qualifying placement with a natural organization other than OCB prior to 2019 are still considered eligible for OCB pro contests in cases where eligibility requirements in effect through 2018 were met (for Pro Open: there were at least 9 competitors (or 5 for Women's Physique) in the division, and for Pro Masters Age 40+: there were at least 5 competitors in the division). Competitors who won a pro-qualifying placement in a Masters Age 40+ division are eligible only for OCB Pro Masters Age 40+ divisions. Competitors over the age of 40 who won a pro-qualifying placement in an Open division are considered eligible for both OCB Open and OCB Masters Age 40+ pro divisions. Competitors who qualify as OCB pros for any category are considered eligible for all OCB pro categories of their gender. OCB Pro Masters Age 40+ athletes may still compete in an amateur Open division in the same category at the same event. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Drug Tests and Polygraph Screening

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-Ins & Polygraphs

All athletes are required to check-in and undergo polygraph testing. Check-ins will take place on Thursday 12/12/19 and Friday 12/13/19 at the host hotel. Holiday Inn Express Chester 1911 W Hundred Rd, Chester, VA 23831(804) 751-0123. Details about the times for check-in will be announced soon.

Format for Individual Presentations

Due to the expected size of this event, to allow all contestants to have an opportunity to participate in the individual presentations segment (as opposed to only a particular number of top placement winners, for example), competitors will be introduced by name and number, and to house music, will walk to the center of the back of the stage (there will be an "X" marking the spot), strike one pose of their choice, walk to front center stage (there will be an "X" marking the spot), strike 4 poses of their choice, then exit the stage.

Rosters and Classes

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show. This information will not be available until after all of the registrations are in and the promoter has had time to sort the classes.

Competitor Prep Area

Please take extra precautions to care for the venue and keep it as clean as possible. Do NOT touch the walls and do NOT stray from protected areas. Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

There won't be a contestant briefing the day of the show. All information that would generally be provided is listed on this page, so please read everything carefully. Please refer to OCBonline.com for complete details of category guidelines. An email will also be sent out one week before the show. Everything you need to know will be provided there as well.

Video Recording & Photography Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring cameras and recording devices. Please remember to tag Official OCB on social media!

Stage Photography Coverage

The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Those who pre-order have a lot more photos taken of them. To order, competitors should print and hand in a completed form at check-ins/polygraph.

Tanning

Spray tanning services are available from Beauty by Fargo. For details or to schedule appointment, contact Ashley Marie at beautybyfargocb@yahoo.com. Athletes must pay in advance in order to book their appointments. Tanning will take place at the host hotel on Friday. Touch-ups on Saturday at the venue.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access. If anyone is found backstage without a Trainer/Assistant's ticket, they will be escorted out of the building, will not be allowed to re-enter, and the competitor they were assisting will be disqualified from the contest.

Sponsorship & Vendor Space

All vendors and sponsorships are $200. Bring your own table. Food and beverages may be sold.
