OCB Presidential Cup (Conditional Pro Qualifier)
As a conditional pro qualifier (Pro Qualifier*), pro cards are awarded when divisions meet the required minimum turnouts. The minimums are: Open Divisions: 6 for all categories except Women's Physique, which is 3. Age 40+ Divisions: 3 for all categories. Any Trainer who has at least three competitors entered in the show will be entered our Trainer's Raffle will have a chance to win the Presidential Cup Trainer's Award Plaque. Please ensure you include your Trainer's name on the OCB registration form or you can also email the name to firstname.lastname@example.org.

A percentage of all proceeds will be donated to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Adaptive Sports Program. The National Veterans Sports Programs and Special Events (NVSP&SE) office provides opportunities for health and healing through adaptive sports, recreation therapy and therapeutic art programs.These recreational therapy programs motivate Veterans to a lifetime of health by providing effective and relevant programs. Bikini: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, Age 35+, Open, Military, Physically Challenged, Figure: Debut, Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open, Military, Physically Challenged, Men's Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, Age 35+, Open, Military, Physically Challenged, Men's Classic Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open, Military, Physically Challenged, Men's Bodybuilding: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open, Military, Physically Challenged, Women's Physique: Teen,Debut, Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open, DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization. NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception in cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show. Awards Top 5 in Open will receive sculptured awards. Top 5 in debut and novice divisions will receive Big OCB Medals. All in show will receive small OCB medals. Pro card winners will receive OCB Championships Rings. *Crossover is only permitted into Fitness Body.*

Banned Substances & Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the show.
Check-in will be conducted on Friday August 16th from 2:00PM-8:00PM at the Host Hotel, Lower Level. Competitors must present a photo ID and OCB membership card. Polygraph testing by appointment only. The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Men's Bodybuilding Men's Classic Physique and Women's Physique will provide their own music for their routines. Please email music files (mp3 or m4a) to firstname.lastname@example.org by 8/14/19. One assistant/Coach per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket for $55, which is good for general admission and backstage access for the duration of the show.
Competitor Prep Area
Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

The Mandatory Competitors meeting will take place at 9:15 AM on the day of the show in the Main Ballroom.Competitors must be fully covered whenever in the ballroom seating area. Exposed body areas that can allow tanning agent to stain seating cloth is to be avoided. Please show respect for the venue and promoters by taking care to keep on paper/plastic protected areas for tanning, oiling, and pumping up. Do not stray beyond protected areas. Competitors will have two numbered buttons - one to be worn on the front left, the 2nd, rear center. These must be visible to help judges keep track of individuals during scoring. If the head judge calls your number asking you to switch places on stage with another competitor during group comparisons, raise your hands so each person knows where they need to go. Be sure to review the guidelines on OCBonline.com for your category prior to the event and view the poses that will be called during group comparisons, as well a description of the path that is to be followed for the stage walks. The facility will be accessible any time after 8:30 AM the day of the show. Specifics pertaining to the order of events and timelines will be discussed. The shows expediters will also cover specifics on how the backstage/pump-up area will operate. This will also give you the change to familiarize yourself with the ballroom and stage set-up if you have not seen it previously. There will also be flyers for other upcoming OCB shows at check-ins and in the lobby the day of the show. Please take copies with you and post at your gym; it would be greatly appreciated.Discounted Hotel Parking will also be given to those attending the show. (For those not staying at the host hotel) More details to follow. Please print and complete Intro form and bring with you to check-in. Posing Class at Host Hotel
A posing class will be held at the host hotel prior to check-in on August 16th from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. Please contact Medina Roberts at firstname.lastname@example.org to register; price is $35.
Fitness Body Guidelines
1. Athlete must wear fitness attire - an outfit that compliments the competitors physique, presents the physique so it can be seen and judged. 2. The following attire is acceptable -shorts, pants , skirts, long or short tank tops, short or long sleeve shirts, sports bras as well. Posing Guidelines: Athlete will come out individually in numerical order to the center of the stage. Athlete will perform 5 poses of choice. This is very flexible posing, have fun, and bring confidence to the stage. Choose poses that hi-light your best features. After you perform your 5 poses, you will be ask to go to the side of the stage (expediter will direct you to which side to go ). Hit a pose and wait until all of the competitors in your division are finished. The head judge will call you to the front of the stage where you will preform quarter turns with flexible posing of your choice. Judging criteria: 1-Stage Presence- confidence, choice of flattering poses, attire selection, grooming, and poise. You should look like you are enjoying the experience. 2-Physique - healthy, fit, balanced, toned, but not too conditioned. Not too muscular
