Entry Fee & Deadlines
If entry is received by May 12th: Entry $70. Entry fee for each additional class $40. After May 12th an additional late entry fee of $50. applies. Thursday May 16, 2019 is the last day entries will be accepted. ENTRY FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Adult General Admission $25.00, Under age 12 General Admission $10, Assistant/Trainer (general admission plus backstage access): $50 (only applicable to those helping competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted. OCB PRO CARD HOLDERS ONLY WITH ID GENERAL ADMISSION FREE.
Bikini: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 40+, Open, Military/Nurses/First Respondents. Figure: Debut, Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open, Military/Nurses/First Respondents. Men's Physique: Debut, Novice, Age40+, Open, Military/Nurses/First Respondent.Men's Classic physique: Debut, Novice, 40+, Open, Military/Nurses/First Respondents. Men's Bodybuilding: Debut, Teen, Novice, Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open, Military/Nurses/First Respondents. Women's Physique: Debut, Novice, 40+, Open, Military/Nurses/First Respondents.* Over all Team Novice Eligibility: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of class where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).* Military Eligibility: Open to all Military Veterans, Nurses and First Responders.* Team Eligibility: Team must have a minimum of 3 competitors to be eligible, top 3 placements determine winner. (In the event of a Draw, a pose down of top 3 will take place, judges determine winner)
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. Promoter reserves the right to add, drop, combine classes as a result of entries.
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show. Physique and Bodybuilding is not permitted.
The top 5 in each class will receive sculptured awards.Best Poser award each Division.* Crazy Awards, Best Wheels, Best Guns, Best Abs, Men & Women* Team award will be a New Hampshire shape plaque.
All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register before May 16th. Membership can be purchased on OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com
Banned Substances & Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are to provide a urine specimen immediately after conclusion of the event for urinalysis testing.
Check-ins/Polygraph screenings will be held at the host hotel, Holiday Inn. 172 North Main St. Concord, NH. Friday May 17th from 9am to 9pm. Appointments can be scheduled at (https://calendly.com/peakedp/ocb-battle-of-new-hampshire/05-17-2019) The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Polygraph Test results are valid for 6 weeks.
ALL COMPETITORS can supply their own (CLEAN 60sec) music for their individual presentation or can request house music.* Additional 30sec can be granted for special routines with prier noticed.** ALL COMPETITORS USING THERE OWN MUSIC MUST SUPPLY A CLEAN FLASH DRIVE WITH ONE SONG ON IT TO USE THEIR MUSIC OF CHOICE. (Handed to DJ prior to routine at the show)

Order of Events
10:00 start, Men's Bodybuilding, Women's Physique, Men's Classic Physique, Women's Figure, Men's Physique, Bikini. All divisions will run as follows, group comparisons, individual routines, awards. There will be a 30-minute intermission after the conclusion of Men's Classic Physique.
One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which rnis good for general admission and back stage access.rn
Compeotitor Prep Area
Light weights, bands and mirrors will be allowed backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors.
